Pear muffins with raisins

Ingredients

Flour 150 g
Milk 125 ml
Sugar 75 g
Butter (margarine), melted 125 g
Egg 1 PC.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Raisins 2 tbsp. l.
Pears (small cubes)
I had such average pears,
grams for 160-170 each
2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Stir in flour, baking powder and sugar. Mix separately the egg, milk and melted slightly chilled butter. Combine both mixtures. Add pear and raisins. Mix well. And fill the oiled molds by ¾.
  • The oven is preheated to 200 gr. oven for about 20 min. to a ruddy color. I baked at 180 gr. with convection.
  • Remove from the molds and leave to cool on a wire rack.

The dish is designed for

10 small muffins

Time for preparing:

20 minutes.

Cooking program:

200 gr.

Note

She baked wonderful fragrant muffins and served her husband for a cup of coffee with milk. Prepare quickly.
