Ingredients

Buckwheat flour 100 g
Wheat flour 100 g
Sugar 70 gr.
Baking powder 1.5 tsp
Eggs (SB) 2 pcs.
Nuts * handful
Kefir (yogurt) 250 ml.
Cinnamon (not added) 1 tsp
Vanillin pinch

Cooking method

  • Mix both types of flour with baking powder and cinnamon (I have vanillin), sift. Chop the nuts, mix with the flour mixture. Beat eggs with sugar into a thick, fluffy mass, gradually pour in kefir. Combine gently with dry ingredients. Place the dough into muffin tins. Bake at 180 Cabout about 20 minutes until a dry match.
