I have an oven with NEFF pyrolysis, no extra. the adjacent cabinet has no thermal insulation, it has been operating since 2009, the furniture is intact
So I think so. Ovens with pyrolysis are therefore much more expensive than conventional ones because they are made of a more durable, heat-resistant material, with a good cooling system and with 3-4 glasses in the door. CvetaalHow often should you clean it with pyrolysis if you cook often?
Cvetaal
Lyudmila, it all depends on what you are cooking, if you often bake foods splashing with fat, then you need to clean it more often. I mainly bake in a bag, foil or under a lid, I turn on pyrolysis about 1 time in three months

Vei, what kind of oven do you have and what kind of cleaning is there?
I have an Electrolux with steam without any special cleaning, just at the bottom there is a special container where water is poured, it evaporates and this way the surface inside the oven is easier to clean. My oven doesn't get dirty, so I can't check it, but doubts torment me that in this way it won't clean up very much, well, if you just clean it right away, as it got dirty.

Hello everyone! I choose the oven for several days. I want something heaped up, so that the timer with shutdown, telescopes, grill, convection and touch buttons with a bunch of recipes
But this sinister my beloved husband agreed to the oven in general with a fight, and on the condition that I choose the cheapest one, without bells and whistles, so that there was nothing to break there. Well, I understand it, repairs in the apartment, then it will be necessary to take all the furniture and equipment ... But you don't want to buy absolutely nonsense
The question is, I found the Electrolux EOB92200BX oven. Does anyone have this unit, what are the reviews? And is it possible to borrow equipment from the Vasco store? Moderators, don’t think of it as an advertisement, I’m wondering why are the prices there? Almost a quarter cheaper than other places. In advance

I will not say anything specifically about this oven, but Vasco's store is an incomprehensible scam. In any case, I have never been able to buy anything from them at the stated price. As a rule, their goods are no longer in stock, and then pointless spam with their mailings comes to the mail.
lira3003
Vei, Elizabeth, thanks for the answer! I didn't order anything there at all, but there were suspicions. So, not in vain. ....
Bijou
lira3003, no, don't need this cabinet. That’s not really necessary at all.

Are there any color preferences? Here is a pretty decent one and is very inexpensive - Electrolux EZB 52410 AK and about the same in Electrolux EZB 52430 AX stainless steel. 19 thousand is not so much (mine cost 17 9 years ago, and it is only slightly better)

There are weak points - there is no separate backlighting mode, probably just one light bulb, no ring heater and similar little things that you can do without. With a ring heater, the price is immediately a plus of almost 10 thousand, but it is stupid there - only as an independent mode (in my old woman it is in a company with other heaters), and this can be great to replace the top + bottom + convection, so you will definitely not lose anything ...

But there is a normal timer, and not this stupid twist, that is, you can set the on, off or cooking duration. But to calm down, it would be better to find the instructions and see the settings exactly.Having got used to it, it is generally impossible to do without a normal shutdown timer, either in the oven or on the stove.))

Of course, models twice or three times more expensive will be more advanced and more convenient. But definitely not three times.))

ps I very conveniently compared the models on the Refrigerator now, filtering by some notoriously expensive functions

lira3003
Bijou, Lenochka Thank you! Grill and convection are available in almost all models. But the shutdown timer is a very desirable function for me (multicooker spoiled us). And I don't bother too much about the color I'll go take a look

Bijou-Lena, please specify what a "ring heater" is and how to track it in the characteristics? or just run to the store and "feel" each oven.
Nadi
Girls, good day everyone !!
The choice of an electric oven also arose, since a lot of baking is needed precisely for our confectionery needs.
I understand that I must keep the temperature, so that there is no trouble with either pasta or biscuits, but how to determine if it keeps a constant temperature or does the temperature jump ???
Considered Electrolux from 28t. p, but upon close inspection in the store, when the door is opened, the entire oven is pulled outward from the cabinet, due to the fact that the lower part of the door clings to this cabinet and rests against it.
Dear ones, tell me who is happy with theirs
Bijou
Tanya-Fanya, so in the descriptions.)
Look, on the Refrigerator I opened a more expensive model Electrolux EOC 95651 BX

List of modes:

Fan + annular element + top heating
Fan + annular heating element + bottom heating
Fan + annular heating element
Fan + lighting
Bottom heating
Large turbo grill
Top heating + Grill
Top heating + bottom heating
Grill

***
And the inexpensive models that I suggested:

Operating modes:
Grill + bottom heating + fan
Big grill
Top + bottom heating
Top + bottom heating + fan
Bottom heating
Grill
___________________

The ring heater is a simple spiral, but installed behind the fan on the back wall. Gives faster and more active heating (indirectly, its presence can be detected by the power of the oven connection, usually about 3.5 kW) when used in tandem with another heater.

I don't see any benefit from it, when it works only by itself, as a separate mode. Turn on the top + bottom and just a fan and you will get the same and even better, because there will be greater uniformity, because heat from other heaters is transmitted by radiation over the entire surface.

This is not a desktop crumb, why should the temperature jump in it?
Well, for a super guarantee, go with electronic regulation, where the temperature is maintained a little more accurately than with a conventional thermocouple. At the same time, many of these ovens can show the real temperature on the display. But for details, this is not for me, I just read out of the corner of my eye, because I don't need it yet.
Tanya-Fanya
Bijou-Lena,
Thank you very much! everything became so clear and understandable! I never paid attention to the presence of this ring element. I saw the phrase about rapid heating in expensive ovens. It turns out "that's where the dog is buried."
Thank you so much!
Bijou
Tanya-Fanya, but not at all.
The main thing is that you manage to buy the oven that will be the very best.
Anchic
That is, if I have the function of quickly heating the oven, then there is this ring element?

Tanya-Fanya, yes, it seems nothing like that, everything you need is there, and even a closer with a telescope.
So .. I downloaded the instruction.I do not see a timer for shutdown, I only see the end time setting, but this is inconvenient - it is always easier to assign a duration than to calculate the time by a real clock. Well, I don’t really like the fact that sensors, but it’s probably the same everywhere now, I’m just outdated with my buttons.))

About the timer I can ask the representative of Gorenja on another forum, if it is important.
Oksyusha
I also recently had a choice of ovens in front of me, settled on Ikea (the actual manufacturer of Electrolux) Miraculos with pyrolysis, it has everything that was important to me, namely the same pyrolysis (I hope I will use it), telescopes, recessed switches, various off timers, and even such a nice thing as a meat probe. I have been testing for 2 weeks, to say that I am delighted, this is nothing to say)) There are not so many reviews about the ikeev technique, so if someone is interested, I will be happy to help answer questions!
Anastasiay
Hello everyone!
And tell me, please, who has what method of cleaning the oven? (Catalytic, pyrolysis)
What are the pros and cons do you see?
Tanya-Fanya
Bijou-Lenochka, thank you very much for your attention and participation. The head goes all over the place, I still choose the oven - a great helper.

About the timer I can ask the representative of Goreny on another forum, if it is important.

Before asking you to study this copy, I also opened the instructions. Only there is a small attribution that the instruction is not specifically for this model, but for several. And how to guess what exactly applies to mine? In the same place, each letter and number plays a specific role.
As for the timer, I read it in the instructions that after the time has elapsed, the oven will turn off and beep for 1 minute. Or am I misunderstanding

I caught everything about the representative of Gorenja from your previous posts, thank you very much for the tip. I follow the discussion there.

Oksyusha, I am sincerely glad for you and congratulations on purchasing a wonderful oven-assistant. The beauty of your purchase of equipment in Ikea is also that the warranty for equipment is 5 years. Now in Ikea, this technique is made by Electrolux. But there is to buy this technique in another store, then the warranty is only 2 years.
Unfortunately, all Ikea shops are within 500 km from me.
Anna1957
Virgo, such a question. I have gas in my new apartment. At first, I did not consider a gas oven, I have a lot of electrical devices and bought a stove instead of an electric oven. And now I thought: maybe I also need a gas oven? Until the furniture is finally assembled, this issue must be resolved.
Oksyusha
Yes, Ikea forgot to write about the five-year guarantee, and this also played a role in the choice of technology, in fact, like what we also bought for the stock, when the price was 7 tons lower. And I also somehow forgot about the fact that Ikea is not everywhere, you quickly get used to the good
AnastasiaK
Anna1957, I needed it. I have a gas stove with an oven. I also bought a huge electric Electrolux, especially for baking. Everything is fine. But this year I got hooked on drying vegetables, tried it in an electric oven - not that, it takes a long time and winds a lot of the counter, it is sealed, I constantly have to open it for steam to escape. I tried the same thing in gas - much better! The temperature keeps at least 100, at least 80, stable. The moisture evaporates without opening the door. Gas costs a penny. I dry it all day. And the meringue is now without problems in the gas. Although I practically abandoned her for 2 years. But the right thing turned out to be.
Anna1957
Anastasia, and I have 2 dryers (at first I had Isidri, then it broke down and I bought Travola, and then they repaired Isidri, and I had 2). I don't dry much - there is no dacha. I also thought in this direction (drying, drying), but I can't decide
AnastasiaK
Anna1957, well, I don’t know, I don’t have a dryer, I’ll probably be able to dry it there, but maybe it’s faster in the oven? I, too, do not have a summer residence; Another meringue, but it is probably irrelevant to you.I'm drying a rosehip now. I also thought for a long time that I didn't need a gas oven, I even wanted to replace it with a gas hob and make just a cabinet (in part, it serves as a cabinet for tins and pans).
Anna1957
Well, maybe some more ideas will be thrown about a gas oven.
Anchic
Anna, I replaced my gas one with an electric one without regrets. I am very satisfied. Although I meringue beautifully and do it in electric. Dry - I don't need anything.

And, well, everything is in order, then. At least yesterday there was a timer. Even on the second try.

Anna1957, Duc you designate a range of tasks to begin with. It is clear that baking in electric will be better, how many gas stoves still have electric ovens. But if you cook-stew-dry something, then I agree that there is more benefit from the gas, if only because of the savings in electricity.
Anna1957

This is what excites me. But I haven't cooked anything in the oven until now, there are dryers. Probably I don't need her
Bijou
In, for the suffering, she took care of measurements especially today. Everyone can count the money independently. It is possible that the data will differ slightly for different ovens, but the basic order of the numbers is probably the same.

So, given: bread for 0.5 kg of flour, divided into 3 baguettes and 1 baking sheet of pies from about the same amount of dough.
Electrolux oven built-in. The room is 22-24 degrees. The voltage before turning on the oven was 220, after turning on it sank. The readings are averaged, because there are always fluctuations.

The "top + bottom" mode consumes 1700 watts, the "ring heater + bottom" mode - 2700 watts.
Heating up to 275 gr was almost 20 minutes (both modes were used alternately) and about 0.67 kWh was spent on this.
In total, bread baking consumed 1.12 kWh.

Then there was a pause, because the pies did not have time to come up, and so that they would not come up in a draft in the kitchen, but in the oven with spraying, I chilled the oven (opening the door) to 45-50 degrees, although the walls, of course, stocked up with heat.
Then half an hour of baking at 190.

In total, it took me 1.75 kWh to bake bread and pies, but if I adjusted the processes closer to each other, it would come out less.

Tomorrow, I’ll probably repeat the pies (I need to dispose of the plum), I’ll measure the consumption one more time, this time just for proofing under a light bar and baking a baking sheet of pies, then I’ll add here.)

I hope someone will find this data interesting.
Anna1957
Oh, Len, this is the analysis
Bijou
Yes, Che analysis ... I have been going for a long time, but your torment has prompted, finally.)) I thought it might be interesting to plan your spending in advance. Not in all directions, of course, but at least something ... Now I know that baking a couple of dozen pies will cost me five rubles, a little less biscuit, and a little more chicken.

Anna, I replaced my gas one with an electric one without regrets. I am very satisfied. Although I meringue beautifully and do it in electric. Dry - I don't need anything.
And after ten years of using a gas oven in the country, I changed it to an electric one. Honestly, I rarely used it, only for baking large poultry and pies, I used a desktop mini-oven more. The gas oven keeps the temperature, but it dries unevenly, it was necessary to often change the trays in places, and, of course, I did not even use the heat from it in the summer, although there is a cooling fan and an oven with convection and grill.

I have been using electric for a week, I bought Siemens HB 675G0S1 with pyrolysis, I am very happy, until I tried all the modes, but I really like it, there is an off timer, heating indicators and many modes, telescopic guides, door closers, 4-layer glass, a cooling fan, and even the Shabbat regime, I have not yet understood what it is for
I like it very much, I am for the electric oven!
Anchic
Lena, here I am, after about such calculations, only theoretical, and leaned categorically towards the electric oven.

Before that I had chosen gas, but all my friends at one moms' forum were persuading me to use electricity. And after I came across the calculation of electricity consumption in modern ovens, I realized that I could spend 4 rubles (at the time of the choice it was in the region of 4 rubles per kW, now like 4.81) for a couple of loaves Even meringue to dry - because the temperature is much lower, and accordingly the flow rate will not be so great. Although if you take the maximum for 3 hours (it takes me 3 hours), this is about 3 kW - not so much.
Tanya-Fanya
Anna1957The gas oven is very dry yeast dough. My gas oven turned out to be exposed from 150 degrees. So meringues cannot be prepared.
The gas grill did not please either.
Therefore, I firmly and decisively made a decision: the top gas, and the oven electric

And in general I am for electricity, I lived in apartments and houses, both with electricity and gas. I definitely choose electricity for both the hob and the oven. First, it is much safer. The apartment is cleaner when cooking on electricity. Economical.
Anchic
Ninelle, well, gas is still cheaper than electricity. Therefore, it is not very clear about economical. Especially in houses with gas supply - the price per kW is significantly higher than in houses without gas.

More about the choice of a gas or electric panel - the light is turned off regularly. But the gas in my entire adult life has never been turned off. Of course, an emergency situation like a fire is possible (here on August 1, one 5-storey house was on fire), but I cannot imagine other situations yet. Not so long ago, from morning until late evening, we sat without light. So at least you could cook a meal or just warm it up from the refrigerator.

With the shutdown - I agree. True, there have been no true shutdowns for a long time, ugh, ugh, ugh. But about the efficiency of gas ... It still costs money, and modern electric stoves, surfaces and ovens are very powerful and economical. You can put three tariff meters or two tariff meters.
Anchic
Quote: Ninelle
You can supply three tariff meters or two tariff meters.

This is definitely not profitable. In the topic of some discussed them. In the Moscow region, they are definitely unprofitable only if you lead a nocturnal lifestyle. And I'm a lark, I need to sleep at night And gas is still much cheaper, now less than 60 rubles per person per month, we are 4 people, that is, less than 240 rubles (I don't remember the exact tariff). And the light will still be more expensive. It is unlikely that the cooking electric panel will take less than 50 kW per month. And we also often have blackouts, I live in the Moscow region, it's not so stable here
Ninelle
Anchic, apparently only in Moscow is profitable. My brother and I compared (he lives in the South of Russia), with the same footage of apartments, but we have more people, more equipment, we pay less. I put on bread, a dishwasher, and sometimes a slow cooker at night. I myself am sleeping))))
Anchic
And I bake bread in the oven, so you can't put it on at night. And a three-phase meter is generally not clear for whom it is designed. At night, there is a cheap rate, 1.95 rubles, but it's from 23 to 7.In the daytime, the tariff is the same as on a single-tariff plan, 4.81 rubles from 10 to 17 and a little in the evening from 21 to 23. And at the peak 6.25 rubles it is from 7 to 10 and from 17 to 21. It turns out that there will be only above.

We have a house limit of 5 kW, you also can't overclock Turn on two devices so you think three times, but will someone from the household turn on something extra for themselves?

A full cycle from a cold state with a long proofing under light bulbs (in this mode, my oven takes about 50 W) and baking for half an hour at 190 grams required 0.756 kWh.
That at our price of about 5 rubles was 3 rubles 78 kopecks or a little less.
