Sunflower Pie

Ingredients

100 g sugar
100 g butter (softened)
1 pc egg
6 tbsp. l. milk
1 pack. baking powder
30-50 g poppy seeds
1 tsp vanilla (extract)
a pinch of salt

5-6 fresh peaches (preferably hard) or 1 can canned

150-200 g of repaired seeds (replace with any other nuts)
2 tbsp. l. honey
3 tbsp. l. cream

Cooking method

  • 1. Mix the bulk ingredients for the dough,
  • add butter, egg and milk mix thoroughly.
  • 2. Finished dough (consistency of thick sour cream)
  • put in a prepared form 30 cm.
  • 3. Wash the peaches and cut into 6 pieces,
  • lay out nicely along the edge, on top of the dough.
  • 4. Put butter, sugar, honey, cream in a frying pan and heat until melted.
  • sugar, add seeds, cook for 4-7 minutes.
  • 5. Put the finished mass in the middle of the pie.
  • 6. We send to the oven preheated to 180 gr, for 35-40 minutes.
  • 7. We take it out, let it cool down a bit and cut the positional middle, where the seeds are, because then it will be difficult to divide.
  • Sunflower Pie
  • I pre-grinded the poppy in a coffee grinder. I took 50 grams. Instead of peaches, I had 4 pieces of nectarines, not enough for this pie, so the slices turned out to be thinner than necessary. I think apples will do too. I still have a lot of fillings, I poured it onto a large flat plate, flattened it, allowed it to harden and cut it into kozinaki.
  • The pie is very tasty, soaked through with filling, and because of this it is very juicy, I'm not even talking about the taste of seeds ... you can swallow your tongue ... And with all this, it is very easy to prepare. Help yourself!
