I read here that you can use programs and recipes from Kenwood 350 on Electrolux.
I downloaded both instructions. Elekrolux - none!
Is it possible? Who tried it? Please respond!
What recipes don't work? Or you can safely try everything?
Share your experience, please!
Today we are buying Elik ...

Good day!
Thanks for the answer!
I sent a link to Kenwood's instruction 350 via PM.

I am delighted with Electrolux !!!
I bake almost every day.
There were no punctures.
Recipes from both Electrolux and Kenwood 350 are fine. I adapt recipes with NO for Elik's programs, and also super!
Rye bread is wonderfully baked on the main (1) program, only at the end of the kneading it is necessary to pull out the dough with wet hands, remove the paddle, put the dough back and level. (Rye bread does not like mixing)
The only thing - when kneading rye bread, the stove works with difficulty, vibrates from the load.
Cons:
- The shoulder blade is slightly scratched
- Quite noisy at work, there is no desire to put up at night, will not let you sleep
- The MUTE function seems to be there, but how it turns on is not clear (who figured it out, write !!!)
- Heavy, there was no definite place in the kitchen, it is not easy to carry
And the rest - super !!!!
The dispenser is an extra function, as I can see, it's good that it's not here.
THANKS TO ALL!!!
Delicious bread!

what is the function?
Tamborén
I read about her in the reviews about the bread maker, was surprised, did not understand how this could be. But on the box that Elik was in, this feature was indeed mentioned.
I think that when you turn it on, the program will run simply, without sound signals about the supply of additional ingredients.
It's just not clear how it turns on ...
And I would like to use it, especially when the child is sleeping.

Function MUTE turns on automatically when used delayed start

Thanks for the answer!
I'll try to use the timer somehow.
In general, the x / n works very loudly, therefore I have not set it on the timer yet. Before buying, I doubted whether to take this model, or the Kenwood 450; read that the Kenwood 450 was loud and took the Electrolux. But I can't imagine how you can work even louder! You definitely can't put it at night.
I wonder what does the timer turn off? Just a signal for additives and bread readiness?
athena
Tamborén, my purely personal opinion is that all bread makers work loudly when kneading. And some also rattle very much, given the design features.

And about shutdown ... in this HP everything is turned off by pressing the Start / Stop button for 1 sec.

I disagree with you. My bread maker does not work loudly when kneading and does not rattle at all.

Greetings.
I'm choosing a model for now.
About bounce, in general, it is clear (I associate this with design flaws), but in general the noise of dough kneading with what are you comparing?
In general, bread makers, as machines equipped with a motor and designed to perform a relatively heavy function (kneading dough), I assume that the sound should be perceptible by definition. The question is, with what household appliance can this sound be compared for clarity? After all, everyone's personal feelings are different.
Tamborén
Good day!
My husband and I compared the noise from the x / p Electrolux with the sound of a washing machine while washing (not a centrifuge).

By the way, I found a program for rye bread in this model.
Like many other c / p-ah - this is "Gluten Free Bread" (number 9).
athena
For some reason, the sound of a manual coffee grinder comes to my mind

Thanks a lot for the valuable information! Before that, they made rye bread on 1 program)
Tamborén
Yes, until yesterday I also baked rye on the first program, waited for the end of the batch, and pulled out the spatula. Yesterday I dared to experiment, and while I was at home, there were no sub-mixes on the 9th program during the raising of the test. The bread was excellent. Now on the 9th I will bake all the time.
Inna2011
Thanks for the tip. I will try to bake rye bread on program 9. before that I baked on the first program, and also tried on the 5th with a preliminary kneading of the dough on the program. Also, after kneading, I pulled out a spatula.
Inna2011
Recipes from Kenwood 350 are fine. Cupcakes are very good on program 8. I also tried to bake a choux pastry in a round shape, it worked out, but it tastes like a sweet omelet. Although the child liked it.

Thank you.
So it seems to be not loud. I certainly won't wake up from such a sound.

Then you sleep soundly! Congratulations!
Maybe even in the kitchen the sound insulation is good.
And I jump up from any rustle, and the kitchen is practically in the room.
I think it’s unrealistic to put cotton on me for the night.

On the other hand, it's good that you won't fall asleep.
I clarified about the sound out of interest, what is it in general. It turned out to be acceptable.
And so, at night or before leaving, we do not leave anything from the equipment connected except for the refrigerator. I don’t think that the bread will become unedible overnight, you can bake it in the evening. In general, I consider the fashionable delay start function in different devices (for myself and my family) to be harmful for safety reasons. Here's a reminder function like "don't forget to turn me on now" would be useful.

Naturally, this is out of the question. But it's like buns - it's always nice to have for breakfast / buy freshly baked, warm and fragrant

so the delayed start can be used in exactly the same way, only in this case the x / p "turn on now" itself

That is why (independent activation) "delay start" cannot be recognized as absolutely the same function that I mentioned above.
By the way, in the instructions for the X / P which I ordered now it says so:
"Do not leave the device connected to the network unattended." Although the "delayed start" function is available and I understand that the device is meant to operate without the participation of the owner.
But not the point, everyone will decide for himself what is more important and more convenient in a particular case.
Tamborén
In fact, freshly baked bread seems to be even harmful, it is more useful to bake in the evening, and to eat in the morning.
Experienced bakers told me so, did not specify the information.
And I am still satisfied with Eletrolux in general. The scapula just scratched quickly. And so - a smart machine.

We also wanted this model 🔗, unfortunately it was not in the right (convenient) store, so I ordered 🔗... Let's see what kind of beast. Round bucket no bummer.

Maybe yours will be even better.
1) Consumes less electricity;
2) lighter in weight;
3) the instruction is thorough, in mine - none;
4) the round shape is an absolutely superfluous thing in my x / n - small.
And outwardly they are almost twins.
Congratulations on your purchase!

Ugh, ugh, ugh! Knock-Knock!
The stove is on the way so far, they promised to bring it on Sunday. True, we are not particularly worried, the shop was fast enough, the washing machine was brought in a day and without prepayment, you pay upon receipt after inspection, there are no markups for delivery to the city, we did not live to see a bright future ...

On the contrary, I liked the instruction. So to say briefly, nothing superfluous and tasteful) The round shape also turned out to be a very successful solution for making desserts, here the manufacturers clearly deliberately pushed for creativity. The only pity is that the promised "recipes on the site" are some kind of publicity stunt. I met them only on the Swedish site in Swedish.
Tamborén
Maybe your translation of the instruction is good. In the Baltics - you can't understand. And I do not have enough receipts for the time of programs - how many kneads, when the signal, etc. And so - I figured it out only by connecting the instruction from Kenwood 350. And there are few recipes, unfortunately. But this is all IMHO.
We also discussed this instruction here:

Tell the owners of this model! Is it written that the scapula folds ?? this is not true???? And then I ordered, today they should bring it, and I just wanted to see this function
Tamborén

The idea is to add up. While I was baking with yeast, I often pulled out bread from cotton without a spatula, rarely stuck in bread. But even then, pulling the spatula out of the bread was not difficult.
Now I bake with sourdough, the blade sticks almost always. But then the bread is completely different in structure, it is generally difficult to get it out of the mold (the taste and benefits are incomparable with yeast)
zvezda
Thank you!!!! Already brought and has already baked bread !!! The noise is quieter than Mulya and below it turned out what I wanted !!!! Now I'm trying something custard !!!
Tamborén
Congratulations!
Is Moulinex even louder? !!!
My Electrolux makes so much noise when mixing!
But overall I am happy, smart stove.

What's the size of the mold? Do you mean round?
zvezda
Yes, she is very tiny ...
Tamborén
I have not yet used the small form, but they advised me to try the pudding according to the recipe from the book. They say it's wildly delicious!
By the way, the prescription book for Kenwood 350 (exactly 350!) Is also suitable for Electrolux. Maybe you will find something interesting there ...

How delicious it looks !!!
I didn't even expect ...
Super!
athena
Oh yes, rice pudding is delicious
Onelyn
Yesterday I ordered an Electrolux EBM 8000 bread maker, immediately decided to try it in action, I used programs 1 and 5, the bread turned out to be tasty, aromatic, with the store-bought and did not match, but it looked just super. At the moment, I don’t regret a bit that I chose this particular model. Now I want to try jam, I wonder if anyone tried the recipe for what is in the instructions and be sure to add jam or can I replace it with something?
Tamborén
Congratulations on your purchase and a good baking start!
Personally, I have not tried to make jam, and I think I will not, because everyone unanimously says that after making jam, cotton quickly breaks. (not Electrolux, others). I don't want to take risks, because I like the stove very much.
zvezda
I also like it sooooooo, despite the presence of Muli5004 !!!! I mainly bought because there would be no hole in the bottom of the bread ..... so I'm 100% satisfied !!!! Only now my roof has failed for some reason ... probably just did not adapt the recipes
Tamborén
Yes, it's about the recipe, not the oven.
The roof is collapsed - either there is a lot of water, or yeast, or something else, the novice baker herself, I don't know all the nuances.
The main thing is to watch the kolobok. Then everything will be fine.
I wish you success!
zvezda
Thank you!! I’m just an old baker ... apparently overdid it with something ...
Onelyn
If you put everything according to the recipe, you will succeed. Tell me, maybe someone knows some recipes besides those in the instructions, I want to try something new. Thank you in advance!!!!!
Tamborén
Recipes from the instructions for Kenwood 350 are suitable for Electrolux without adaptation ( 🔗 - instructions here, and not only this one).
In general, I personally bake ALL recipes from different sites, including from this one, only I follow the kolobok for the first time.
A very smart stove! All recipes are easily adaptable.
The rye is unmatched! Especially with sourdough! (Favorite: 🔗 ;
🔗 )
And what an Italian tomato! ( 🔗)
By the way, only the dough got accustomed from the instructions to the Electrolux, the rest - I didn't even try everything.
Good luck in mastering new recipes!
zvezda
I left home today and put bread on the timer according to the first recipe, just replaced the water with kefir .... it turned out simply beyond all praise !!! But I've been baking bread for almost 7 years !!!!! In general, I am sooooo happy ... I wish I could master rye well ..... and on what program do you bake ???
Tamborén
Congratulations on your lucky bread!
Previously, when I baked with yeast, I used the 9th program ("gluten-free bread") - there are no sub-mixes, it is very suitable under rye. Until I found her, I baked on the main program - the first. After kneading, I pulled out the spatula and spread the bread with wet hands.
Now I switched to rye sourdough, knead it on the "dough", leave it for several hours, or overnight, and bake it on the "Strong Pastry" -13 program. It blackens the sides of the bread a little, and, unfortunately, you can't put it on the timer, or maybe I don't know how? But it turns out very tasty all the same.
Alternatively, I baked with sourdough on the 3rd program ("whole grain bread"), but during the proofing periodically I pulled the plug from the socket for 7 minutes to prolong the proofing. Then I got tired of bothering with it.
More successful recipes from frequently baked:

Why do you pull out the mixer ??? After all, I bought because there is no hole in the bottom, the scapula folds up ..... I'll try yu rye and write !!!!
