How often you use it depends on your eating habits. I rarely use it (a few times in two years), I mainly bake simple bread.
By the way, I practically don't use the timer either (unless we leave for a day and a half). If I put the bread overnight, then usually not earlier than midnight, at 4 a.m. the bread is baked, at 7-8 I take it out of the oven already cooled and ready to eat (in this case, I never had to take out a spatula from the bread). If the wet sweaty crust is annoying, then put it in the microwave under the grill for two minutes. If not, I leave the bread in the open air for an hour, the crust dries out normally

Yeast B is for regular baking and R is for fast baking, so there are more written.

As for sugar and milk powder - it's okay, it will still be delicious!
