At night I made bread "with whole (natural) milk" according to the recipe taken on our website. Forgive me generously, I do not remember the author, but many thanks to him for this recipe.
Here is the composition of the recipe:
1/2 cup (230 ml) cold (from the refrigerator) water.
- 3/4 cup fresh (cold) market milk
- 3 cups of flour (I had "Nastya"). Then she added another 1 tbsp. l. when kneading the dough.
- 1.5 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 1 1/2 tbsp. l. butter (took market)
- 1 1/2 tsp dry yeast (took a saf moment)
- Baking mode "basic" - 3, 5 hours, crust - 4, Hitachi oven.
True, the bread is amazing - white, fluffy, the height of the bread is 17 cm, weight is 750 grams.
Despite the presence of milk, butter, the bread was not sweet, just tender, table bread.
