Whole wheat bread with nuts and honey

Ingredients

Wheat flour 1 1/2 hrs
Flour with bran 1 1/2 hrs
Water 280 ml
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Oil 1 1 \ 2 tbsp. l.
Dry. yeast 1 1/4 tsp
Powdered milk 1 1 \ 2 tbsp. l.
Honey 1 1 \ 2 tbsp. l.
Nuts 1/2 h.

Cooking method

  • Baked bread in a bread maker, whole flour program.
  • I put the nuts (I took sesame and walnuts) into the dispenser.
  • There was no bran flour, and I put 2 1/2 hours of wheat flour and 0.5 hours of wheat. bran.

The bread is delicious and fluffy

I always use a cup from a bread machine

GruSha, the trouble is that different bread makers have different cup capacities - in particular, Hitachi has a 230 ml measuring cup, and not 240, like Panasonic's, and I personally need to take this into account, since I just have Hitachi
