Ingredients

Flour 500 g
Bran 30g
Salt 1.5h l
Sugar brown 2st. l
White mustard seeds 1 st. l
Mustard oil 2st. l
Beer dark 330 ml

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough and cover with foil and let it rise twice. Warm up the cuckoo with the lid open in the frying mode for 2 minutes, grease with oil, sprinkle with flour and lay out the dough, making cuts on it. Cover with foil, close and let rise one more time. Grease the surface with milk (you can do without it) and bake in the Oven mode for 50 minutes.

On the oven from 3 sides for 10 minutes on level 1 - a factory brick came out, instead of a French one, though. But the oven right in Kukushka has not yet dared.

And yesterday, with the help of cotton, I kneaded the dough on the forum, they call it "awesome butter" and baked cheesecakes and buns out of it so cool that we ate them at night without waiting for the morning! : D It turned out very tasty!
