Only I have a small bread pan, so I counted the original recipe for a smaller size, took 3/4. Here he is:
150 g wheat
265 g wheat flour
285 ml sparkling water
10 g dry yeast
3/4 Art. l. Sahara
3/4 tsp salt
15 g vegetable oil
some cumin
Grind the wheat for 2 mins. ten
Add salt, sugar, yeast, flour and water to the bowl, stir gradually increasing the speed for 40-60 sec / sk. 1-5
add butter and knead the dough for 3-4 minutes \ Spikelet
Grease a mold and lay out the dough. Preheat the oven to 50 degrees.
Wet your hands with warm water and brush the top of the bread, leveling. You can sprinkle the top with seeds or poppy seeds, coriander or sesame seeds and press lightly.
Make 2-4 cuts 1 cm deep so that the crust does not crack.
Cover with a towel and let stand for 15-20 minutes over a warm oven.
Then in the oven for another 20 minutes for additional proofing. Bake at a temperature of 220-225 degrees. about 30 min.

I sprinkled it with sesame seeds. Baked a little longer, but this is purely individual from the oven. Regarding yeast - the recipe contains fresh yeast 40 g, but I give a 3/4 recipe, so this amount is 30 g, respectively dry, about 3 times less, i.e. 10 g.
