Buckwheat soup with cabbage.

Carrots - 1 pc. If there are roots (celery, parsley, ginger) - a little. Grind 5 sec., Sc. 5.
Spices at will (I put coriander, cumin, turmeric, ground asafoetida).
Vegetable or ghee - 30 g. Saute everything for 5 minutes, 100 deg. or Varoma, Sk. one
Buckwheat - 120 g. Place in a steam basket, rinse.
Diced potatoes - 2 pcs. Place directly on top of the buckwheat.
Cabbage - 150 g (what is - cauliflower or Brussels sprouts or ordinary white cabbage, cut into squares). Place in Varom's lower attachment.
Boiling water - 750 g. Pour into the Bowl, install the steam basket and Varom's attachment in the Bowl. Cook until cabbage and potatoes are cooked about 15 min., Varoma, Sc. 1
When the vegetables are ready, put everything into a Bowl, add boiling water to 2 liters, add salt, black pepper, a piece of butter and bring to a boil for 2 minutes, 100 degrees, Reverse, Spoon.
Turn off, add greens.
