Nadybala awesome "lazy" recipe dumplings with cherries ! I like to eat them, but I don’t bother with the dough.
Remove the pits from the cherries, cover them with sugar until the juice runs out. Boil a little over low heat, literally a few minutes, if only the taste is gone raw cherries. Boil any pasta, add a little oil drain. Put the cherries on the pasta, and mix the juice with sour cream (if necessary, add sugar to taste) and pour on top.
The taste is real, like dumplings with cherries, and the hassle is much less!
Cherries out of season can be taken frozen, pitted. The cooking process is similar to that described, but it will let the juice start up a little longer. Delicious both warm and cold
The recipe is just a godsend for lovers of dumplings with cherries who have little time or no desire to cook them according to the classic version.
