In the early 90s, I read Edita Piekha's favorite recipe in a magazine. She called him "Tenderness". It is also made from layers of vegetables, it looks very nice in transparent glass. And most importantly, it turns out really tasty and tender, it has been checked more than once.

Boil carrots, potatoes, eggs. Grate on a coarse grater and lay out thin layers potatoes, carrots, eggs, canned green peas, grated processed cheese (hold in the freezer before).

Cover with a layer of mayonnaise. Repeat in the same sequence 2 more times. Pour with mayonnaise and leave for 30 minutes. in the refrigerator.
