"Christmas tree" salad

Christmas tree salad

Ingredients

Smoked pork carbonate 400 g
Eggs 3 pcs.
Green onion bundle
Cheese 200 g
Mayonnaise 100-150 g
Fresh cucumbers 1-2 pcs.
Dill bundle
Olives, cherry tomatoes, karsny, yellow bell pepper for decoration
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • You can buy ready-made pork. And I, after holding it for a couple of hours in a marinade of soy sauce, olive oil, adjika and garlic, smoked it in the Brand smokehouse on "hot smoking" for 40 minutes.
  • Christmas tree salad
  • The cooled meat was cut into cubes and combined with grated cheese (leaving 40-50 grams in advance for decoration), chopped cucumbers, onions and chopped eggs (1 / protein also left on the "snow"). Mayonnaise, depending on its density, you need to put such an amount so that the salad does not turn out to be liquid, since the next step we form a cone from it - the base of the Christmas tree. Then, starting from the bottom, in a circle we strengthen spruce paws - dill branches on the trunk, and so on - to the top. Now we decorate the Christmas tree with a garland. To do this, we take a long thread with a needle, at the end we fix a match or a toothpick, and string balls and decorations - cherry tomatoes, olives, cheese cubes, figurines cut from peppers.
  • Christmas tree salad
  • The final touch is to sprinkle with grated protein snowflakes. The Christmas tree is ready!

Note

The idea of decorating the Christmas tree is not mine, it is duplicated with might and main on the Internet by many sites.

Of course you can, Merri! But why did you read the first part in Latin, and the last letter in Russian? Larikom - the initial parts of my first and last name.

Min hertz, das ist fantastish!
Such beauty, yes, to the Kremlin or to the main square of the country, but on an appropriate scale, but for the PEOPLE, and with a dozen barrels of foam, as Peter Alekseevich bequeathed ...
Eh, dreams, dreams - where is your sweetness ...

Nickname and signature on the photo.
Ah, that's the point! Well, firstly, many old-timers of the forum know my name and surname, some even expressed concern for my safety. And secondly - let's say I am registered on several forums. And, let's say, I have my own nickname on each one, it's not forbidden anywhere, right? Somewhere I (for example) Filumena, somewhere Bereginya. And what - should I sign my photos on each forum with different nicknames? So that sooner or later accusations of plagiarism would fall? No, your name is more correct. And not only I do this, including here. Merri, I hope that I'm wrong, but it seems to me that you harbored a grudge against me from your very first post, which I asked to correct because of copying text from another site. Just don’t be offended (as you yourself have repeatedly written to me), but I have such a strong impression.
