Pie Curd curl

Ingredients

cottage cheese in packs (I have fat-free) 500 grams
sugar 150 grams
butter 100g
premium wheat flour 400 gram
salt pinch
egg s-1 1 piece
baking powder 1 rounded teaspoon
soda 1/2 teaspoon
vanillin 1 sachet
melted butter for lubrication
cinnamon, powdered sugar optional
mold with a diameter of 26 cm
baking mat or paper

Cooking method

  • Mix soft butter with sugar, whisk a little.
    Add egg and cottage cheese, mix well.
    Sprinkle flour with salt, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla.
    Knead a soft dough that sticks a little to your hands.
    Roll out the dough into a 3 mm thick layer.

    Cut out circles with a diameter of 5-6 cm.

    Fold 3 circles overlapping.

    Roll up and place the first one in the center of the form.

    Make rolls from the rest of the circles and fill in the form with them, placing them at a short distance from each other. You can simply collect the cuttings by hand and also cut out circles.
    Put the form in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 40-45 minutes, until lightly browned. Willingness to test with a stick.
