A pack of butter (I get it, margarine is no longer margarine) 180-200gr
A glass of granulated sugar 1 st.
Egg 2 pcs.
Flour 4.5 tbsp.
Sour cream (shop) 150gr
Mayonnaise 50-70gr
Soda 1 / 2h l.
Someone adds starch for crumbling (I have not tried) ?

  • That's how I do - for many years my sister had a double-sided baking dish on gas, a kind of waffle iron. I apologize for its appearance, it was used very actively before ...

  • And for a long time I could not remember THAT MOST recipe from my childhood ... Delicious, crumbly cookies, which we ate with tea before going to school. Much later, I myself baked them, but many years have passed since then ... And of course I managed to forget the combination of ingredients and their proportions. I tried it several times, but it came out just rubbery, flour, trivial cookies that did not cause delight.
  • Almost desperate, I asked a question on our forum, and in response I received a lot of similar recipes. But only one somehow immediately sunk into the soul, this one:

  • Based on it, I decided to make an experiment with the ingredients that were at home. And it succeeded !!! Loose, tasty, and even aroma like from the former on margarine, and this is butter. We have it one of the most expensive in the city, without vegetable fats, of the company "Summer Meadow".
  • Not bothering too much with butter at room temperature, break the eggs, immediately add sugar and salt (to taste), grind the mass, you can use a blender. Then add the whole portion of flour at once, and knead for a short time, trying not to develop gluten. Probably like shortcrust pastry.
  • The dough gets the correct plasticine consistency after holding it for 30 minutes in the cold!
  • After that I simply split off the pieces in portions, rolled them in my palms, flattened them slightly and immediately put them on a "waffle iron" that was well heated and once greased with sunflower oil on both sides. Periodically checking the shape of his ruddiness or something, turned it over from one side to the other - aligning the caller on both sides. In general, it takes a long time to write, but everything is done easier

If you don't press the hazelnut lid hard, then, I think, it will turn out close to the desired thickness. And I will add starch for friability, otherwise my flour is strong.
