Ingredients

serum 370 - 400 ml.
eggs 2 pcs.
sugar 20 gr.
salt 0.5 tsp
wheat flour 1 s. 75 gr.
rye flour, bakery 75 gr.
rast. oil 20 gr.
soda 1 tsp
vanillin

Cooking method

  • Grind eggs with sugar and salt, add whey, first 370 ml. The rest may or may not be needed, depending on your flour.
  • We add all the other ingredients, except for soda, and mix thoroughly in a convenient way for you. Leave it to stand for 30-40 minutes for the flour to swell.
  • Add baking soda, mix thoroughly again and start baking. And what you will bake on depends on your fleet of devices. I, personally, for these purposes, have an old frying pan of my husband's grandmother.

Note

Adjust the thickness of the pancakes with liquid, but it is better that they are thin. The pancakes are very tender.
Today I served them with Chocolate Ice Cream Butter Cream.
