Ingredients

Zucchini I have a very small ass
Tomatoes 5 items
Egg 1 PC
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 2 h l
Flour (weight depending on the squash mass) 250 g
Slaked soda 0.5 tsp
For the sauce:
sugar 2/3 cup
sour cream 1 glass
vanilla
cocoa 2 tbsp. l.
butter 1 tbsp. l.
flour 100 g
milk 250 g
if available, it is good to add a piece of cocoa butter, but you can also without it

Cooking method

  • I wanted to bake zucchini pancakes. And the zucchini was just one small ass and remained ... I opened the refrigerator. And then I came across tomatoes. Bought for a salad, but completely unsuitable for it. Since they have very dry flesh. There is practically no juice. You know these finger tomatoes from the Republic of Belarus ... you can't imagine worse. But there were no others in the store.
  • I scalded the tomatoes and peeled them off. I rubbed a piece of squash on a fine grater. Mashed blender tomatoes. All ingredients were mixed. Gave it to stand for 30-40 minutes. I baked pancakes. The result is very fluffy pancakes! Delicious and beautiful. I will cook with ordinary tomatoes and without zucchini. Since it is easier and cheaper to buy them in winter. They ate with chocolate sauce and sour cream.
  • I make the sauce like this. Mix all the ingredients. Cook until thick. If you get lumps - a blender to help. Then I pour it into jars from under Nutella. My football team (as Ksyusha Omelkina calls them) has not tried another. Therefore, it passes.
