The top of the chamber is also forgotten, but it is easier there, you can anoint it with some means intended for cleaning the ovens, the back wall cannot be cleaned like that, probably, because of the holes, the tool can get inside through them, although, perhaps, with subsequent heating it will burn everything there and there will be no harm.
And so, of course, she slightly smoked on the sides and at the bottom, I use the self-cleaning function after each cooking, but she cannot cope with burnt fat.

1. Indeed, when using this mode in some batches (not in all), the thermal fuse takes off. Changed to a modernized one. They will not change in advance, only in the event of a breakdown, because it depends on the batch. There was only one such. But where is the guarantee that it is not the one we have.)))) Repair is considered small and is carried out free of charge. The stove is not accepted back with such a breakdown. You can't change it yourself. The repair time depends on the workshop itself. He says that there are authorized working service centers in large cities, but the website says that all service centers are closed until the end of April. But can he call the services in his city and find out for sure?
2. It is better to use distilled water, in order to avoid getting impurities when cooking with steam, as well as clogging the steam valve with scale (he would have seen the rubbish that I pour out of the iron's steam generator. I only use distilled water. I buy in Auchan in the auto department). The scale cannot be removed. Valve replacement only. It is better to drain the water after cooking .. And, by the way, when the stove's resource is depleted (he says that the term is written in the instructions, but does not remember it), the valve will have to be replaced.
3. It is not necessary to clean the chamber after each preparation. This is a custom mode. And like: "Decide for yourself" when to use it. Wipe the camera with a soft sponge and water, without any means.
