The next day I called Panasonic, and for a long time "took out their brains" ... I realized my mistake, let, when I check, I will definitely describe all my shortcomings, but one thing I realized is that 230 degrees does not happen in the "convection without steam" mode. Having studied the question, I realized that almost all devices do not reach the stated temperatures .. But the next attempt will be in a week. Now Kitfort stands in place of the stove (drying). I constantly make all kinds of sweets. Nastya and my friends are very fond of my candied fruits, girls, when they come to "taste the delicious treats", always take the presents home, so you have to do a lot. (I add lemon juice and "Mint syrup" from Auchan to candied kiwi fruits, but the taste of mint is not felt, and kiwi circles "sound" more prominent, and to citrus fruits - Grenadines, today - strawberries - berries also with Grenadine and a mixture of citrus juices) ...
Finally, I found the House of Bread, of course it was better and more interesting at VDNKh, but we will be content with what we have. There I bought black sesame seeds and even sourdoughs for milk (there weren't any for cheese), but they are significantly more expensive than Orson. I wonder which ones will work better. I'll check. Maybe someone needs something. I visit once a week.

Which is quite logical.The oven picks up temperature more slowly with cold food, it was necessary to increase the cooking time, but I did not have it. I want to carry out a number of experiments to. confirm your guesses. And it seems to me that the most reliable results can be obtained only when working with the test. I also think that the max. temperature is reached in steam mode. I'll check. I will measure the temperature while cooking. Then I will definitely understand my mistakes or, in the worst case, the absence of them .. But I like the stove as a device, it seems to me that steam is often not enough to prepare some recipes. By the way, E. Klopatenko (a cook from Ukraine) also bought a Panasonic 300 with steam. And it seemed to me that he was pleased.

When the pressure is released from the Element, steam comes out more strongly, in a straight stream, and then slowly. Baking is mainly in it, I rarely turn on a large oven. I cook vegetables for a couple, I bake fish at a convention with steam. I recommend it for purchase.
