Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Cut 1 loaf into small cubes (easier to cut if the loaf is already a little stale)
  • Loaf cubes can be made in advance and either put in the tray and in the freezer or dried.
  • Beat 3 eggs well
  • Grate cheese, chilled butter and egg and stir.

  • You can also do it without croutons. Then dip the cutlet into the dough made from eggs, milk and flour. But when preparing the dough, milk, yolk, flour are mixed, and before frying, whipped proteins are added to a strong foam.

For very young children, according to this principle, I made cutlets in a double boiler.Then just in a skillet. Sometimes rolled in breadcrumbs.
