I want to share another cutlet idea. My sons, at a young age, did not want to eat cutlets, so I had to go for such a trick:
"Popsicle cutlets"You will need minced meat, as for ordinary cutlets and ice cream sticks (it is convenient with wide sticks, the cutlet holds very well on them).
For very young children, according to this principle, I made cutlets in a double boiler.Then just in a skillet. Sometimes rolled in breadcrumbs.
