Note

The pancakes turned out to be soft, aromatic, elastic and tasty. Fitted perfectly into my breakfast. Usually we have porridge for breakfast (though it is different every day). But sometimes you also want to change the menu. So in the morning oatmeal, scrambled eggs, cheesecakes and ... now, delicious pancakes made from healthy flour appear on the table. Try it too.
Enjoy your tea and slim waist!

Guzel62, delicious must have turned out! I took it! : Friends: And you can't calculate the calorie content so that you can take care of your slender waist and not overeat!

Girls, don't hit me, pleaseThat any other flour much less high-calorie white wheat is a myth.
Here is a calorie plate for you per 100 grams:

buckwheat - 353 Kcal
rice - 356 Kcal
almond - 602 Kcal
chickpea - 337 Kcal
spelled - 376 Kcal

Irish, I know this, that's why I want to know the calorie content, since I love any pancakes to the point of insanity and I eat them only with butter, melted almost until they are fried, and with sour cream, I can with honey. So I rarely eat ...

I tried to count it without taking into account the fruit fillers (which will naturally increase the calorie content at times)
Pancakes made from three types of flour
You can calculate the calorie content of one pancake only when determining its weight

That is, the whole portion, as in the picture, is about 600 kcal? I definitely don’t eat one like that, it’s better not even to start, but somehow I’m three more, if my husband takes it away!

Ol, Guzeli in the picture has 4 pieces, and in the recipe the output is 10 pieces. But 600 Kcal - uhthen without anything, only pancakes
Rada-dms
But they are very small - there is not enough flour! Then I take everything away, closing my eyes to calories! And in general, it's sadism to load pancakes at night, I will take revenge with casseroles, and you can use cakes!
Kara
Oh, don't say at least get up and go bake! How to sleep now
Guzel62
Thank you girls for stopping by despite the night.

I sleep well, but here ... pancake passions!

Kara, Ira. Why throw slippers at you? And I'm not going to! I wrote everything correctly about the calorie content of flour. In white wheat (the highest grade, which we usually use), it is even slightly lower than in some other species. Usually we talk (and mean) about the usefulness of flour! And here the white of the highest grade is clearly losing.
Now about the calorie content.
Yes, it’s a pity I didn’t count right away. Now it's too late, as I've already wound up with the filling and even the kid ate a couple in the evening.
But you calculated correctly; flour -100 gr total, fermented baked milk-200 gr, egg-approximately 50 gr, butter-5 gr. this is what has calories. Plus water, salt, baking powder .... another 100-110 gr. Somewhere gr 460 -500 total - total weight.

They made me stand up in the night on purpose ... tear up a couple of pancakes and weigh them! Yes, each approximately 50-55 gr. One pulled 46 grams, the other 60 grams! But they were still swollen from the filling overnight ...

Pancakes are thin, but weighty came out!
If in the whole portion there are 600 kcal (as you counted ..), then in 100 g - 120 kcal? And this is almost 2 pancakes. For breakfast, even if you eat 5 pieces (empty) - it is quite enough (for me, for example). This is about 300 kcal. There will also be (calories) left on the filling! : lol: You can take any filling? Make vegetables (it is healthier and more nutritious), sauce or syrup without calories (from a special store), berries / fruits with a low calorie content ... And put the filling ... without fanaticism. And it's better to eat it with thick low-fat yogurt (for example, Greek 2%).
So it's not all that scary (for the waist). Observe the portion size and ... "keep yourself in hand"!
And about the fact that she laid out pancakes at night? So I made them for breakfast! And then (as I sensed) that you do not sleep at night ... you joke pancakes ... 🤣
Well, here and help yourself! To your health!
Rada-dms
Thank you, Guzelka! Just for myself, bakes again, Irishka and I have already learned everything! Irishka held me, I held her, and somehow everyone slipped through our pancakes. We are not guilty ... Those who stay up late have time to get hold of pancakes!
