Fast pizza in a multicooker Zigmund & Shtain MC-D31

Ingredients

Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
Egg 1 PC.
Flour 5 tbsp. l.
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Salt
Champignon 2-3 pcs.
Bacon 2 strips
Sausage 1 PC.
A tomato 1 PC.
Tomato paste 1 tsp
Cheese 50 gr.

Cooking method

  • Mix egg and sour cream. Add baking powder and salt to flour and stir. Form a slide from the dry flour mixture and pour the egg with sour cream into it. Knead the dough and rest for 5 minutes.
  • Chop the mushrooms with plastics, cut the bacon into smaller strips. Cut the sausage and tomatoes into slices. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Place the bacon in the bowl of the Zigmund & Shtain MC-D31.

  • Using the "menu" button, set the "Fry" mode. Using the "time setting" button, change the duration of the mode to 10 minutes. Fry the bacon for about 3-5 minutes. Add mushrooms and fry everything until the end of the regime. Remove the fried mushrooms and bacon. Pour the dough into the bowl. Put bacon, mushrooms, sausages, tomato plastics on top of it. Sprinkle everything on top with cheese.

  • Using the "menu" button, set the "Baking" mode. Using the “time setting” button, change the duration of the mode to 35 minutes. Cook until the end of the mode.

Note

I cooked in two modes "Frying" and "Baking" in the Zigmund & Shtain multicooker. It turned out delicious, next time I will add more ingredients to the filling.

The recipe is original! You could call Pizza Pizza on jellied dough. Neither tomatoes nor tomato paste can be seen in the photo. Thanks for the recipe, I must try this version of the pizza.
