Ingredients

Rye flour 100 g
Wheat flour 1c 100 g
Chicken egg 1 PC.
Milk 270-300 ml
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Butter 35 gr.
Baking powder 1 tsp
For curd cream:
Curd cheese (cottage cheese) 200 gr.
Sour cream 2-4 st. l.
Walnuts 1 tbsp. l.
For tangerine sauce:
Tangerines 5 pieces.
Cane sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Butter 25 gr.

Cooking method

  • For the pancake dough:
  • In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: rye flour, wheat flour (according to the original recipe, whole grain, but starting to bake, I realized that pancakes were not baked with it, replaced for 1 second), salt, sugar, baking powder.
  • Beat the egg in a separate container until smooth. Add a little milk and stir.
  • Add dry mixture little by little. Stir, add milk again. So alternate until the ingredients run out. The dough must be carefully moved so that there are no lumps.
  • Melt the butter. Add it to the dough. Stir again (the consistency of the dough should be like a pancake, you can adjust the thickness with milk). Set the dough aside.

  • For tangerine sauce:
  • Peel the tangerines (peel the large ones from white films. I had mini - films I did not peel off.).
  • Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add tangerine wedges. When the tangerines give juice, add cane sugar and simmer, stirring occasionally, until tangerine slices are soft.

  • Mix cottage cheese (I have 2% cottage cheese) with sour cream until smooth. Add chopped walnuts (not added) and stir.
