Creamy orange jelly

Ingredients

Cream 10% 300 ml
Orange juice 250 ml
Sugar 8 Art. l.
Vanilla sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Gelatin 20 g
Coconut flakes 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Combine cream in one saucepan, 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, 10 g of gelatin (I have bags of instant Dr. Oetker gelatin) and vanilla sugar, in the other - orange juice and the rest of the sugar and gelatin. Stir.
  • Creamy orange jelly
  • Heat both pots, constantly stirring, over a low heat, without bringing the mixture to a boil, and until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat. We leave the orange part at room temperature, and pour the creamy part into a mold for future jelly, and, after cooling to room temperature, put it in the refrigerator for fifteen to twenty minutes - until light, not completely thickened. Then pour the orange jelly into the center of the creamy one in one stream.
  • Creamy orange jelly
  • Now we remove the jelly in the refrigerator until it solidifies completely. Turn the finished jelly onto a dish and sprinkle with coconut.
  • Creamy orange jelly
  • The combination of cream, orange sourness and coconut is delicious!

Note

I saw a similar dessert on the net, cooked with starch, but I liked it much more with gelatin.

Larissawhat a positive sunny dessert!

Thank you girls! The main thing, of course, is that it is simple, tasty and cute.

Larissawhat a wonderful dessert! The cut is a miracle! I'm taking it away! Thank you!
Rituslya
Unmatched jelly! Larochka, thanks!
As luck would have it, there are no oranges at all at home.
I’m ready to cook juice from the store, but it’s not there either. Directly the law of meanness of some kind.
I sit and think about where to get such a domed shape so that it also turns out so beautifully.
Larochka, thank you. Now I have something to do.

Rita, and why exactly the form? Any salad bowl and ... beauty is ready.
Rituslya
Ilmirchik, I don't even have such sensible salad bowls. Everything is somehow absurd and frivolous.
I'll have to look, yes.
I liked the dessert very much!

dopleta, Larissa, a very interesting and beautiful dessert! Two questions: use juice with pulp or purified; What is the consistency of the dessert (like marmalade or softer)? Thank you for your reply.
dopleta
Thank you, my darlings ! Rituslya, I once bought cheap Indian-made stainless steel bowls of all sizes - from small to small bowl, and they were all of this shape. And since then I have not stopped stroking myself on the head for this. Thanks to them, I have a lot of "spherical" recipes.
fatinya, Sveta, here I have the most ordinary store-bought orange juice "My family". In terms of density, this is jelly, not marmalade. But the density can be adjusted by the amount of gelatin.

dopleta, Larissa, I really love all sorts of such desserts. So far I have taken it to bookmarks, and in the meantime I will wait for inspiration. Besides, I have no cream.
Trishka
How beautiful and unusual, it seems from simple and ordinary ingredients!
Thank you, I'm taking it!

Come on Sveta, be inspired, otherwise it will soon get colder - it will not be as pleasant as in the heat. Although ... who knows.
Trishechka, thanks I am glad !
Albina
Larissalooks so appetizing It's a pity that our coconut flakes did not take root

Larissa, that's for sure! I even made coffee in the form of jelly for the heat, so as not to drink hot in the morning, so I brag a little
Jelly coffee

Yes, it is a pity, Albina, because it is she who is right here. But you can sprinkle other chopped nuts on the edge.
M @ rtochka
Larissa, could not resist, did, but did not catch the right moment, 2 layers came out: white and orange.
The family liked it, they love jelly.
I think I'll repeat again

Thank you!
Interesting idea

didn't catch the right moment
It's a shame Dasha ... Yes, there is no need to "overgrow" the white jelly, so that the orange jelly can easily burrow into it. But the main thing is that it turned out delicious! Thanks for the report!
