Ingredients

Milk 150 ml
Instant coffee 1 tsp
Condensed milk 1 tbsp. l.
Gelatin 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
Boiling water 50 ml

Cooking method

  • Not a gourmet, but I like coffee and drink it with milk, chocolate, cream, but no sugar. Now it's so hot that it's not up to coffee, but you still want to! I decided to eat it ... cold. I made coffee, not as usual, but in the opposite proportions, 50 ml of boiling water and 150 ml of milk. Realizing that in finished form without sugar, the taste of jelly will not be very good, a spoonful of condensed milk appeared in the composition. She poured milk into the coffee and poured gelatin. Gelatin swelled well for warm coffee, finally dissolved it in a micron. And when everything was ready, I put it in the refrigerator to solidify. I rubbed bitter chocolate on top of the finished jelly and scattered colored things (sprinkling for cakes) for beauty.

5 minutes for making coffee and 1 hour in the refrigerator.

A kettle for boiling water, a refrigerator for cooling, the rest - by hand

And since I don't know how to cook a little, I got much more portions. And I decided not to do everything with coffee, I just made milk jelly.
