Pelmeni Classic

Ingredients

Mutton
Beef
Pork
Wheat flour 500 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Salt 1 tsp
Water 200 ml
Onions, spices taste

Cooking method

  • We take equally lamb, pork and beef.

  • Onions, spices to taste, but do not spare

  • We pass through a meat grinder 1 (one!) Time

  • (recipe not for kneading in a bread maker, check for your brand!)


  • Modeling - to taste, my version.

P.S. Zest: I highly recommend to try instead of sour cream to use as a seasoning cheese president "With herbs"
