Ingredients

* Rice flour the amount of flour depends on the stickiness of the dough
* Water 250 ml.
* Egg 1 pc. (50-62 g.)
* Salt taste

Cooking method

  • We mix the egg, water, salt, flour.
  • Knead the dough until it is smooth (it should not stick to your hands).
  • Divide the gingerbread man into parts. Roll into sausage and cut into walnut-sized pieces.
  • Roll out the circles (the thickness is greater than that of wheat) and put the filling in the middle with a teaspoon.
  • It is difficult to mold dumplings. Therefore, they must be molded on the palm of your hand.
  • Fold in half and gently pinch the edges, connect the ends together.
  • Boil dumplings in salted water, after surfacing, 12-14 minutes. They cook longer than the usual ones, mixed with wheat flour.
  • I liked this optione... I put the filling with meat, as in classic dumplings.

Natasha, for me this dough is very fastidious and I wouldn't knead it with a combine. Although this dough is naughty, I have already made rice dumplings many times.
