Ingredients

dumplings 400-500 gr
potato 2-3 pcs
carrot 1 PC
onion 1 PC
rice 3 tbsp. l.
salt, pepper, herbs taste
bouillon 3 liters

Cooking method

  • On the Pilaf mode, sauté onion and chopped carrots until pleasantly yellow, add rice to them and fry too.
  • Boil 3 liters. water or if there is broth, then add it to the frying. I usually do not add cold water to the SV for first courses, but immediately boiling water so as not to damage the bowl by temperature drops.
  • Add finely chopped potatoes, parsley root, pepper and place on Soup - 12 minutes (default).
  • When all this base is cooked, you can relieve the pressure, you can wait until it goes down on its own, add dumplings and on any mode for 5-6 minutes. I have this Porridge - 6 minutes.
  • It turned out to be a very satisfying, tasty soup, in which the dumplings do not catch each other, but are quite well cooked for themselves

But you may be able to cook + rice at a time, it also needs some time to swell
