Potato salad with apple cider vinegar

Ingredients

Boiled potatoes 1 kg
Bulb onions 2 heads
Apple cider vinegar 150 ml
Vegetable oil 25 ml
Salt, pepper, sugar taste
Boiled water 100 ml

Cooking method

  • Boil the potatoes in their "uniform". Refrigerate. Clear. Cut into cubes 1 * 1. Finely chop the onion. If the onion is bitter, then pour boiling water over it. Add salt, pepper, oil. Take half a cup of boiled water, add 1/3 tablespoon of granulated sugar to it, stir until the sugar is completely dissolved and add apple bite. Pour into potatoes. Mix. Place in the refrigerator and chill well.
  • Serve with Wiener Schnitzel, cold cuts and as a separate dish.

This is a typical Austrian potato salad. No cucumbers or other seasonings other than those indicated in the recipe.
