Today I tried to bake bread on the program of the same name. I liked the mode very much. I sincerely thought that with such a good power, multi-burners were indispensable, but no.
The mode lasts 3 hours, after the second hour it picks up to turn it over.

no, Natick, I will not show. The loaf is gone. Then I bake again.

Thank you Devulki. I really liked the bread. I think that Baking with Bread is nothing at all.
I’m also very, very Fry. Today I checked this for the second time on frying mushrooms. Usually I fry and fry, and much and a lot of water evaporates, and here, right before our eyes, the mushrooms are dried very quickly in a very short time.

Galinawhat a cake !!! Oh, and the recipe, please!

Virgo, have you already checked all the standard programs for correct operation? Are there any nuances?

In my opinion, all programs are working fine.
As Rita already wrote a good program "frying". For example, chicken legs

Roasting for 5-7 minutes on both sides and then stewing a little (well, I like it so much). The crust is very good. After the temperature is set, an audible signal sounds and then the time counts down on the display.
Program "soup"... Boiling is moderately active. Boiling period with pauses. These are the features of induction. Here on a standard program chicken soup and cabbage soup with fresh cabbage.

Proofing hour. Baking for an hour on one side and after the beep another hour on the other.
Program "pilaf" works correctly. The very first photo that I showed. "Milk porridge" also. Does not run away and does not burn.
But my favorite program is "express"... It is sensory like the pilaf program in Panasonic. It works until the water boils away and fries at the end. That is, you can cook everything from the series, put the food in and forget about cooking until the cartoon squeaks Minus that the delay start does not work on this program.
Rituslya
What a wonderful frying in this slow cooker. I'm trying to cook a la goulash, so the question does not even arise about who will fry with us. Evaporates liquid very quickly. Super!
Of course, you can put it out on the program of the same name, but time is running out, so I ran to the pressure cooker.
Tyngysohka, Checkmark, thanks for the feedback and impressions! And I haven't tried Express yet.
Omission, yeah.

At first she sulked something, that she again bought an extra cartoon, but today I caught myself thinking that one more cup would not hurt.

I hate to write after myself, but I will still share my delight.

Rituslya, Ritochka, a wonderful chicken turned out. I also look at this cartoon. Now I have a Redmond 250, an Orson 5010 pressure cooker and a little Redmond 01. But I wanted an induction cartoon, a multicooker, not a pressure cooker. Read a lot of information. At first I wanted Redmond 300, but it is nowhere to be found, Tefal and Bosch looked, but everything was not right. Probably, after 4 years of using the 250th Redic, I got used to the Master Chef function. And then I drew attention to this slow cooker, but, it seems, there are not enough programs. Although, on the 250th Redica I did not use half of the programs at all, or one or two times. I guess I'll be ready to buy the 301st Redmond.
Rituslya
Svetlucha, Svetul, thank you!
Yeah, I also had a lot of Reds: 250, and 01, and induction 300, and there was also a speaker. I like the Reds, they are good, but a bit boring. I am very sorry that I sold 300 induction. There the window was fogging up, so it painfully got rid of it quickly. I'm sorry, yeah.
This one is a little boring or something, simpler, as it were.
But I don’t regret that I bought it. For me, it's a good and mobile multicooker at the expense of the Master Chef. The bowl is very good.
Svetlucha

I just ordered it in E .. oh, they have a 30% discount on it today. Hurrah!

I have already tried out a new assistant. I cooked buckwheat for a side dish on the rice / cereal program, although you could try it on the Express.

Svetlucha, Svetul, how did you like it? How did the buckwheat come about?

And today I fried yeast pies on the Fry. I just really liked the result.

Yesterday, too, I was frying pies in a pan, so, damn it, damn it: burnt, raw, tough. Ugh...

Rituslya,
Rita, I'm already cooking with might and main. I like the programs. Interestingly, on the Frying program, the default time is 18 minutes and the temperature is 180 degrees, and for some reason there is no countdown, but if you lower the temperature by at least one degree, the time counts down immediately. The only thing I didn’t like was the Bread program. In my opinion, 2 hours for baking bread is a lot. I tried to bake bread on this program, I didn't like it, after turning it over, it became flattened on one side and the crumb became rubbery. Otherwise, everything is fine so far.
Rita, you also baked bread in this cartoon. What is your impression of this Rimme issue?
Rituslya

What is your impression of this Rimme issue?
Svetul, what? I did not get that.
I liked the Bread program. It turns out that 1 hour for proofing and an hour for baking. Such a good loaf turned out. I didn't change anything in that program.

Girls, good morning everyone. I also could not resist and bought such a beauty) I liked the milk porridge very much how it was cooked, but something is not clear with the frying program, if you fry by default, the time does not count, it fries for three minutes and turns off, I thought that the marriage was going to be carried back to the store, but I went to your forum and read that if you reduce the temperature by at least one degree, then the countdown begins and everything is fried perfectly. I ran to try and the countdown really started and the cartoon did not turn off, the potatoes were fried perfectly. It turns out this is not a marriage and you just need to reduce the temperature by one degree and fry calmly? I have not tried the rest of the programs yet.
Svetlucha
Rituslya
Rita, this is my iPad so "well" corrected. I wrote about your impressions of the Bread program. I received an answer from you. You see, everything is fine with you, but my bread, as it seemed to me, is overcooked.

Nasta76,
Sveta, and I cook milk porridge for the night. At about 12 o'clock at night, I start the program, and then the porridge is heated until the morning.

As for the Frying mode in Redmond multicooker, not only in induction cookers, many complain that when this program is turned on, the time does not start. This is due to the fact that many models have an algorithm for waiting to reach operating parameters. In the instructions, you can find the "Summary table of automatic cooking programs (factory settings)", there on the Fry / Deep fat program there is a check mark in the corresponding column. If we take into account that the default temperature here is 180 * C, then if there are products in the bowl, as a rule, containing moisture (meat, fish, vegetables), when the program starts, it will take a very long time to reach the operating parameters of the multicooker, practically when everything will "burn" when all the moisture has boiled away and the product is spoiled. Apparently, there is a protection against such a case - if the cartoon "sees" that a few minutes after starting the set the required temperature does not occur, the program is disabled.
Usually, it is recommended to first start the program with an empty bowl, without food, or with a small amount of vegetable oil, wait for the bowl to warm up and reach the operating parameters, i.e., the countdown, and then put the food into the preheated bowl. This is how we do most of the time when frying on the stove in a skillet. I have not seen that first they put meat or fish in a cold frying pan, and then they turn on the gas or an electric burner under it and wait for heating along with the food for their subsequent frying ...
But the fact that the "Masterchef Light" function, which allows you to change the temperature, for example, to lower it by 1 degree, starts a countdown after starting the Frying program, without waiting for the operating parameters to be reached, this is most likely a pleasant firmware bug found empirically but not a multicooker marriage. (IMHO)
Rituslya
Nasta76, Svetochka, somehow I didn’t seem to notice such a shutdown after three minutes. I'll have to pay attention. In general, Frying in this cartoon is in great demand for me, I really like the end result. Now, probably, I'll go and cook goulash again. First, on the fry, and then on the stewing I will transfer.
In general, I hardly use the factory settings, I constantly add and subtract something, because everything is always wrong for me.
Svetlucha, Svetul, how much flour did you use to make bread? I immediately from 500 gr
But I don't really like bread in cartoons. But not because it is tasteless, no. It's just that when a coup d'etat, I always crush his roof. Not only is it no longer painful and beautiful, but also the airiness seems to be broken.

I'm finishing it. No, on Zharka nothing turns off for me. There is no sound signal about reaching the set temperature.

Due to a decrease by one degree, the frying program sometimes works, and if you do not lower it, but leave it at 180 degrees by default, then it turns off after three minutes, that's why I thought it was a marriage. I fried potatoes, there is basically no juice, in theory it should go out quickly by 180 degrees, squeak and start the countdown. Let's see how the rest of the programs will work while there is still time to test.

Girls, today I got a wonderful bread in my cartoon. In general, I decided to bake a chabatta according to the MariV recipe Roman ciabatta in a Brand 6050 pressure cooker. I kneaded the dough in the evening (it turned out to be rather thin) and put it in the multicooker bowl overnight as it was said in the recipe. After a while I look at the cartoon, and my dough has already risen to the middle of the bowl. Well, I think, by the morning of my test, a skiff will come, it will peroxide. I pulled the dough out of the bowl, put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator. In the morning I took it out of the refrigerator, kneaded it, formed a round loaf and in a cartoon for the Bread program. After 2 hours, when the cartoon squeaked that it was necessary to turn the bread over, I did not do this, turned off the multicooker, because the bread was already baked, and the top was browned with an airfryer lid. The bread turned out great. Of course, this is not any chabatta, but it turned out to be fluffy and not crumbly at all.

Hello, I will register here too

I started this slow cooker instead of the old usual one, I really like it, it fries perfectly, cannot be compared with the previous one. I don’t think I’ll bake in it, but as a saucepan-frying pan-saucepan for the first and second courses - this is a thing!

I also bought my mom. Only she complains about the buttons, does not see.

Good evening, now I'm looking at this model like a universal multicooker. The model is new, there are no full reviews yet. I would like to clarify the build quality, how do the keys react to pressing, the cup is scratch-resistant if you use silicone accessories? This is my first slow cooker, I will learn how to cook almost all the main dishes in it: soups, cereals, rice, meat and fry, stew, steam, etc. I focus on soups, cereals and rice and steamed, I think I will fry a little less in it. There is also a new induction multicooker TEFAL Spherical Bowl RK807, but there is a 5l bowl and the manual mode is limited (from 5 minutes to 3 hours, t40-160 and there is no analogue of Mastersflight), but cereals, rice, pilaf, risottos are fully automatic, but no reviews and reviews. A family of two, we rarely cook, I think a 4 liter bowl is enough. I would be grateful for your help and good advice on choosing, you need to purchase do ng.

new induction multicooker TEFAL Spherical Bowl RK807

I am mastering the third day, given that it is far from my first, so far I like it very much. But there are good reviews for Redmond, and the price is more humane.
Kubeba1
Saps, our induction Redmond started up after the latch of the previous multicooker deteriorated and the lid was warped so that it became not tight. We thought about a new one, there was a significant discount on induction, and even decided that we needed less than the previous one (we also need food for two, the big old one was left in reserve in case of boiling some bones in broth).
It is better to learn to cook not from a book, but by analyzing various options from the Internet, best of all close in technology to plate-based cooking (in the sense - fried - took out, poured broth, boiled potatoes, returned frying) ...
As for the buttons, they are responsive, even too much, after mechanical ones, but it's easy to get used to it a couple of times.
The coverage seems to be good. Just in case, I started the second bowl while I was half price.
I still used it a little, cooked soup (cabbage soup in beef broth; it turned out to be the most transparent), made pilaf on "pilaf" for the sake of experiment (we chose the wrong rice, but on the whole it looks like due to decent roasting of meat and onions), stewed meat and potatoes, lazy stuffed cabbage, twice "tasted" pork, I liked everything, although we need to train further. I used the masterchef (to set the degrees on the suvid and start the countdown on the frying), it makes sense.

I only read a short review about Tefal, I was not particularly interested, I cannot compare.

Kubeba1Thanks for the detailed answer. Interested in steaming, have you tried this mode? According to the comments in this thread, I accepted that Red 301 fries well, but for me this is not the main criterion. More soups, steaming and stewing are required. Is the pilaf and cereal mode not touch-sensitive? How do you like the build quality, are there any gaps or creaks, the lid closes well, does not steam come out of it? Do you use silicone devices or those included? Did you get any scratches on the bowl while working? Unfortunately, our bowl costs $ 35-40 and there are no shares .... As for cooking, I will look at the recipes from this forum and adapt something for myself. Is the recipe book really bad?
I am grateful to everyone for the answers and help in choosing ...

Interested in steaming, have you tried this mode?
Not yet. The design of the steamer is not very clear to me - on metal legs (this is in a coated bowl), a container of small diameter, versus the previous versions, where a container with holes was hung on the edges of the bowl. Maybe a sieve from an old multicooker will do, you have to try.
Frying is a useful stew option, but if you don’t need it for some reason, you can do without it. But stuffed cabbage rolls with this kind of excessive roasting turned out to be enchanting!

I use a rubber (this is silicone, probably only dense) Dreamfarm spoon and some kind of no-name silicone ladle from the Ribbon. I am satisfied with the lid, it used to have creaks and clicks, but I still haven't tried it "sweeter than a carrot" ...
The promotion for the bowl was on "Black Friday", but if you have a Redmond store, you can turn in the old one (any) and buy a new one with a 30% discount. Although they wrote here that there is rarely a discount on induction bowls.

She boiled milk on Varka, then cooked soup on Soup and buckwheat on Express. Buckwheat turned out very well: soft and garnished.
Now I'm trying to cook rice on Krupa. The recipe, in principle, I take from the recipe book, but the proportions are very similar to those for which I cook so far.

Good rice turned out. I cooked it almost according to the recipe book. The cooking time was increased by only 5 minutes and now it is on Heating. Better than the Element I do.
In Element, I simply won't be able to cook crumbly rice, or I choose a complex program, or I figure out something with proportions.
Rit, but if you chose a cartoon for porridge, what would you leave? I look at this Redmond, wondering - maybe which Element would be more correct to choose? Or not?
Rituslya
Lenus, I would not recommend the Element for porridge. In induction, everything is godless, but in a white speaker, there seems to be something wrong too. I don't remember, because, you see, I tried it once and gave it up.
Maybe Boshik with porridge? ... Although here, too, Devuli has experience, who bought Boshik on Avito and did not like it.
In this pretzel, delicious porridges are obtained. Even in the event of a sudden strong boil, you can adjust the temperature with a master.
I now use it under a deep fryer, it heats up quickly and keeps the temperature well

Girls, I just registered on the forum. I want to write a little about the multicooker HM 301. I have it recently, I haven’t used all the programs yet. I cooked porridge several times, the porridge does not run away, the milk does not even rise, the porridge is cooked in the same volume as it was poured in. I really liked it. I tried to cook yogurt at 35 degrees, but the temperature did not seem high, I measured the temperature with a thermometer for meat, it turned out to be 30 *, now I cook it at 40 *. I raised the dough by 35 *, measured the temperature, turned out to be 30 *, added another 5 *. The bread did not work out, the pulp is wet, I will try again. The biscuit rose well, baked, but it was moist, more like a pie, but very tasty. I haven't done anything else yet.
