Good evening. Girls, please tell me: We bought a MOULINEX OW6002 bread machine. We just can't figure out how to use the delay start. If anyone has such a model, can you tell me? (I did not find it in the instructions)

Does anyone have this Moulinex OW 5000 Bread Maker? what can you say about her? I could not get instructions in Russian

Hello to all owners of Muli, bought 600230, baked the first recipe from the book three times, everything was "by", my wife was hysterical, I was going to take it to the store again. ”Here is what I have Moulinex bread maker at a glance

Moulinex bread maker at a glance

In order: - my measuring cup and spoon (extremely inconvenient) Moulinex bread maker at a glance
Moulinex bread maker at a glance -recipe 750 gr. roll: water-315 ml. -salt-1 1/2 tsp. -sugar -1 / 2st. l-flour-520gr. -dry yeast-1 tsp. Baking mode 9-French loaf time 3.19. The crust is dark. I collected flour with a measuring glass at the rate of 1 ml = 1.6 g (you have Tatiana a glass of 240 ml = 150 g (240/150 = 1.6)) There is no balance to double-check, so I went mathematically.
The next question immediately arises - why is there only 1 tsp of yeast for 520g of flour (I read on the forum that it should be 100 to 2) This time I was not afraid to look in and feel the bun Moulinex bread maker at a glance

Moulinex bread maker at a glance
this is a top view, for some reason it does not turn out round, maybe because of 2 blades. After the first mixing it was elastic, after the second it seemed soft, sticky, but it was too late to add flour. And how to achieve an even distribution in a bucket (even if you put it with your hands), so that the bun turns out to be even and beautiful. By the way, there was a dark crust mode, but what will it be with a light crust It seems that I did not miss anything, I would be glad to everyone who responded

lydosik, everything is correct. More precisely, 1 tsp of dry fast-acting yeast. For every 100 g of flour, take 2 grams pressed yeast, not dry.

And there is no need for tears ... For the first time everyone had such that the roof moves down. Train to eat, experiment. Read the forum on this stove. Take less yeast or water and take another measuring container, their glass is lying, do not forget the scales. And yet everything depends on the flour. I have Macfa - this is what I need .... try the baguettes, they work the first time!

Peace be with you, honorable bakers!
I looked at the Moulinex OW613 bread machine. Does anyone use it? I am facing the choice of the first oven. It's scary to make a mistake))).
I dash between Mule, Oursson BM1000JY and Panasonic SD ZB2502BTS.

Take Panasonic SD ZB2502BTS, you will not regret it. The stove is great.

Lagri, thank you so much for the advice! Panasonic is good for everyone, everyone praises it, if only the baguettes were baked, it would be perfect simply.
Baguettes, I feel, they will ruin me)))). I study everything feverishly.

I really like my mule! Always good baking and baguettes I really like different baking - their children bare! So far, only a year works, no complaints! I like that the shape of the bread is a loaf like in a store. Dough for noodles for 3 eggs + 300 flour kneads well. In general, I love mine!
dushes
Mar_k, and dough for dumplings, as I understand it, does she make? Do you bake bread according to forum recipes?
Mar_k
I just looked at the Moulinex OW613 bread machine, it is like mine, only the dispensary is a plus! On baking trays I sometimes bake pies and classic loaves, there are many recipes here! Pie dough kneads well, not to mention pizza or pasta! I would not change it for another. I fell in love with mine at first sight! And the case is metal, which is very good, it will not crack from heating.

I make the dough and dumplings the same! In general, I make all dough both yeast and ordinary! Bread I bake only baguettes from recipes! I made the main one for myself and my family (mixed everything). Bread from the book turns out, the whole trick is to correctly form a bun, to bring out the balance of flour and water and yeast, but you will fill your hand and read it on the forum! The only thing is to buy the scales right away, because the glass (I don't know how in this model) is lying! And the recipes in the book are in grams!

Thank you very much! So Mulechka is also trying! It remains to finally choose - Panasonic SD-ZB2502 BTS or Moulinex OW613. However...

Generally depends on the desire, what is needed! I initially wanted to bake different baguettes along with bread rolls, especially with cheese - children love. And when I also saw the usual additional forms, now I am not overjoyed that some pies can be made. My oven is not very good, so HP helps out!

Good luck with your choice!

sazalexter, Mar_k! Thank you for your help!!!
According to reviews, Panasonic is well-deserved and vaunted clearly on the case, but the soul lies more with Moulinex OW613.
But this is today. The morning is wiser than the evening...

Good evening! Well, they gave me a bread machine 613. I have no experience in baking bread .. And in the night I began to deal with it and set the oven to ordinary bread. Surprisingly, it worked out. Nothing fell out, everything was baked, though in the dark I mixed up the weight (1000g instead of 750). The only thing - the crust is very tough - a wet towel (thanks to the forum) and the problem was solved. I got a taste and put bread and olives according to the recipe book and also an excellent (for beginners !!!) result. The only thing - to pick out the dough mixers is terrible. Since I did not know that you can open HB during the program after the signal, you just need to understand when ??? : girl-th: and pull them out.
So far I like everything!
Mar_k
Hope, I congratulate you! HP is a great friend and helper! When the bread cools down, I put it in a bag overnight, it becomes softer. And I push out the agitators after the last batch, well, this is about 40 minutes after the first. Usually I bake on the 9th program - it was announced!

And such as your HP was considered here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=3196.0

Marina! Thank you very much! I collected various flours, ready-made mixtures - I will experiment!

Hello everyone, dear colleagues in baking! Holiday greetings!!

I have a question on the Moulinex topic: I really want to bake baguettes and ciabatta at home, but I have a Kenwood 450 (he has been making me happy for three years, but not everything). Anyone who actively bakes baguettes - please respond and tell us about your successes, please. And yet - Moulinex are the only HP today that can bake such things, do I understand correctly?

We bake baguettes quite often! The result is always pleasing! We bake different ones with cheese and from a mixture of different flours, with sesame seeds .... There has never been such a thing that they did not work out! And so far only Moulinex has the opportunity to bake baguettes!
Lagri
And I have a sad experience with baguettes ... like this... We have to twist so as not to burn.

Girls, Moulinex with a baguette holder from my sister, I have a simple Supra, but I took her baguette holder and wonderfully bake baguettes into my baking. Everything is baked perfectly, sometimes in the process I change the pallets in places, and sometimes not.
And by the way, now we are inhabited by my sister, and I don’t like bread in her Moulinex. It turns out to be knocked down, so that it is airy, you need to put less flour than is in the recipe (this also applies to those who have already been tested more than once). The blades are hardly picked out of the bread, leaving ugly holes. It seems that in this case, the power went not to the advantage of the HP. In my Supra, everything turns out to be much more airy, there are no holes, the blades themselves pop out of the bread without lubrication (remain in the bucket). It's good that Moulinex was bought for a stock from the steam village in addition (and because of it, HP was secondary).

You can buy baking trays at service centers and use them if the size of the HP allows!

As for the bread, I must disagree with you, the bread turns out to be airy and baked! The only thing you need to get used to! Choose flour accordingly! Change the flour, maybe that's the problem! The blades can be pulled out and after the second kneading immediately and then there will be small, even holes!

I recently conducted an experiment: I baked two identical breads in a row in the same proportions (measured on the scales) in Moulinex and my Supra. The flour was from one bag, everything else was also taken the same. But in Mula, it is not so beautiful and airy. And my sister also noticed this. It seems that HP is almost 3 times more expensive, but the bread is worse. It is baked, but the structure is more knocked down, it fits as if there is not enough liquid. We got the feeling that it heats up too quickly because of the power. And by the way, the dough for 1 kg of flour cannot be kneaded without improvised means. I am not saying that this is the norm, perhaps it was sold for a share because of this (the party was like that, say), but that's worse, and that's it. By the way, I'm not the only one with such problems, I read about this on various forums. No, of course you can get used to it, my sister was able to, I baked in it for 6 months, if there is no alternative.

I also use a baguette holder in Panasonic and the baguettes are excellent too, and in Moulinex they burn in the lower trays. In Panasonic, you don't even need to swap the upper and lower trays, everything is baked evenly in 40 minutes. My x / p Moulinex is 4 years old and during this time she brought me a lot of trouble.

Maria, Natasha, what difficulties you have Moulinex, of course it's sad! But she makes me very happy and does not create problems, I bake almost everything with Vanya!

And the fact that HP is a little capricious, yes, horses need to get used to! I had to work out a balance of flour and water and yeast for delicious bread, and I had to choose the program that suits me best.

Natasha, can you actually change the program and add a little more water to the dough so that the result suits you! I tried to bake with different premium flour, but I came to the conclusion that Makfa is the most optimal, it goes according to the recipe!

as in any business, patience is needed here, and then when you get the hang of everything will turn out on the machine, you read the forum there are so many useful things for both beginners and experienced users

see how many: rose: ROMA created themes to help us

https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=131.0

and it's not a problem with mixers, if it's not too lazy to get the mixers after the last kneading, I have so vaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa even two buckets one for kneading and the other for baking

there is also a topic about baguettes

https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=5046.0

see what kind of baguettes AXIOMA bakes there and I have rye baguettes which I often bake because they taste better to my family's taste than just a rye loaf

different ovens have different characteristics and if you put 10 ovens in a row and fill in the same amount of ingredients, then I think it is unlikely that you will get the same bread
you will not compare a car and a truck, although both are poured gasoline into the other car

even in mulenex, if you make baguettes on program 12 or just knead, mold and bake on program 14 baking they will turn out VARIOUS\ tried several times \

of course, the easiest thing is to put on a program and bake
but read the forum more closely - many \ and among the old-timers, the majority \ make bread on sourdough-sourdough - an old dough because it is a completely different taste of bread
personally, I bake bread on the program if only I need to quickly, and so for two years only on a long dough - many thanks for the tip --- CHUCHELKA-

I set the Mulinex baguette maker at Panasonic on a stand (otherwise it won't fit) and bake baguettes in it. The most important thing is that the baguette holder fits inside the bread machine and does not touch the heating elements.
