take a newbie into your ranks) I was always skeptical about household bread makers, until I accidentally met a person who had a bread machine and a share of fanaticism. I tried his bread and here I am among you)))

We bought Moulinex 6002. We took in St. Petersburg through an Internet store for 7600 rubles. Purchased 6 days ago, for today 6 different recipes have been baked according to the book that came with the kit. Everything turned out without mistakes, tasty, with a normal crust and the desired shape. I did not know that models 6000 and 6002 are so vividly discussed in this topic, therefore I left my detailed review in another topic, where a person asked about this model. If anyone is interested, you can take a look here:

Hello everyone! I have been looking at this forum for a long time, but my hands have never reached the point of writing. Well, now I'm with you
We bought the stove in the spring, I don’t remember exactly the month. Not much bread was prepared, but what came out was very tasty. Only here we did not succeed in Borodinsky, but they simply did not understand the recipe and so far postponed it.
I have a question for sazalexter:
Where do you get the recipe books, or rather links to them, because the site requires a password? Looked at recipes for Baguette & Co model, but I think that might not work for my model. Maybe you can throw off the link for me too? I will be very grateful
sazalexter
Cadabra It's very simple, the recipe book is here on the forum: OW 5002 HOME BREAD XXL recipe book #
Eleanor
sazalexterThe link opens, but gives a compressed file, which does not open What to do?
sazalexter
Eleanor There are 3 files in the archive, one of them Read.txt, the second Moulinex5002Recipes_rus_ ukr.djvu.djvu --- this is the file with the book itself and FreeDjViewer.exe ---- this is the reader

Use the excellent free FreeDjViewer to view the OW 5002 bread maker's bread recipes in DJVU format (similar to PDF).

Please advise which model to buy? price-quality ratio!
And yet - can rye bread be baked only on those models where there is this function, or are there any deviations from the rules?
RoLiS
Good day everyone! The question is tormenting - is it possible to install a mold for buns in a baguette-maker?
evaqua
And if you choose between Moulinex OW200036 and Moulinex OW500230, they differ significantly in price, but what about the functions?
It is important for me that not only white bread is baked, but also black ... but bread made from whole flour, bread is fast. baked goods made from gluten ... how are they different?
@ Ellina @
So I became the owner of Mulinex 6000.
But in the process, a few questions arose?
1. My crust is not fried on my bread (1500 g) and baguettes. What to do? Returning the oven?
2. Made according to the instructions "Milk bread", the dough turned out to be very liquid - was it supposed to be like that? Did I just add flour to a normal kolobok? I don't know the taste yet, it is baking.

Hello! I want to share my experience in obtaining a recipe guide for the Moulinex OW5002 bread machine. Unfortunately mine died. On the Mulinex website, there are really basic recipes under the code. So I wrote to the company and they kindly sent me an email. mail recipe for the Russian bread maker. Laid out on the recipe from the Ukrainian HP and he has pictures instead of painted actions, which is not very convenient for me. If anyone needs this recipe or from 6000 HP I can throw it off.
tat-63
Tell me which mule has the function of rye bread, from budget models, because you only need this. Mule-2000 interests me.

As far as I know, there are no separate programs in Mulk for baking rye bread. In my Moulinex OW 5002 rye bread is baked on the "Borodinsky Bread" program. There is no "Borodinsky Bread" program in 2000 series Mulki, and bread recipes with rye flour are baked on programs 3, 4-5. In general, one day it was necessary to urgently bake bread, and at home 250 grams of wheat flour remained, instead of the 640 grams prescribed by the recipe. Then she added 400 grams of rye flour and put it on the quick baking program. And such a delicious bread turned out, just a miracle. So that you can experiment.

Goodnight. Question about Moulinex. I read the instructions, but did not understand if this oven has a function of automatic feeding of ingredients or at each stage it must be done manually?
marosia
Hello!

I met the bread maker quite by accident. I don't have an oven. I bought an airfryer, but the kitchen is small and I missed the microwave. I began to look for some kind of microwave oven with convection function. And now I see Moulinex MW 7001: microwave, grill, convection and bread maker.

I am very pleased. The bread is wonderful. I have already tried different recipes for bread from the Internet. I was just kneading cookie dough and focaccio.

Medvejonka
Tell me, pliz, where the Muli 6000 program "Baradin bread" I don't have it ..: girl_cray: Which one can replace the missing one.

And sometimes I also bake rye in the "Whole-grain" mode ... Immediately after the kneading I take out the blades and that's it, then it's a matter of technology! Yesterday, using this scheme, I baked 100% rye "Mishkin bread", it turns out great!

also a suitable program

I mean that if there is no rye program, you don't need to be sad
there is always a way

Tell me please, I choose a bread maker and I really liked the Moulinex OW6002, there is some one with similar functions, but smaller, otherwise it is very large.

oh and this question interests me
wwwika
Girls, moulinex with a weak bucket, after 1.5-2 years the pins will fall out, will leak and fall out, so immediately buy either a spare bucket or find out if the service center has spare buckets.
wwwika - Thank you! This issue will be resolved under number 2, after we decide on the model number What model number do you have? I am tormented between two No. and the question is tormented - what is the difference between the models No. 600 and No. 602 - if not what, but only the number, then why is this confusion? On the official website there is only 602, but where does 600 come from? Or is it a clone?
wwwika
I don't even remember the numbers. My profile picture. I bought it 2.5 years ago. Then I smoothly switched to baking in the oven, mine flatly refused to eat from HP, after the oven and sourdough. So I use more for kneading, but actively, sometimes 2 times a day.
Quote: wwwika

Then I smoothly switched to baking in the oven, my flatly refused from hp
- it's good when there is a good oven, but we live in a rented apartment and the oven leaves much to be desired, so the choice became when choosing hp, maybe mine love everything from dough, and, accordingly, buns, pies and delicious bread
Dee Dee
I have 5024, happy as an elephant. He can do everything and the number of additional functions in my opinion is no longer necessary, you can do everything on these.
The first few buns did not work out, but now I only bake in it. We don’t buy bread at the store and neither do baked goods.

there are no instructions for it on the Internet

I have Moulinex 502430 for almost 2 years. The machine is excellent, if you do not freak yourself (I mean, for example, install the bucket correctly, mixers, carefully remove the bread from the bucket so as not to scratch the coating, etc.). Itself is a little sinful. There are plenty of programs (16). Any bread can be baked perfectly. I read a lot on the Internet that was not flattering about this bread maker, but I have not changed my attitude towards it and I am very pleased with it. Yes, I had to buy a new bucket, but because I scratched the first one when I didn't know how to take out the bread correctly (and all I had to do was cover the bucket with a towel for 15 minutes after the end of baking the bread). And there were still problems, but this was only my fault: I was learning from my mistakes, but I had to go to the forum and consult, but somehow everything was inconvenient. I confess ... But now everything is in the past ... :) It looks like my stove is a beauty !!! : girl_love: I advise you to buy, if even before choosing a bread machine of this brand
Irina M.
Hello everybody! I bought a Moulinex 600230 stove 3 days ago, and only today noticed that the degree of baking of the crust on the stove does not correspond to the instructions, the icons are placed in the reverse order, maybe that's why many people complain about the fried crust? Yesterday I tried to bake some brown bread, but in the end it turned out a little ruddy! I had to bake another 20 minutes on program 15)))

Then where is my light crust: left or right?
Moulinex bread maker at a glance
I always choose light (left) or middle. That's right? I never chose the right one, because I thought it was a dark crust, and we don't like this.

I read on the Internet on the forum that not shaded is a light crust and I understood it from the book.

Don't twist anything. Over time, she will begin to fry you so much that you will not know how to reverse everything. After a year and a half, the edges of the baguettes began to charcoal, over time it really happens. I didn't twist anything. She herself will heat up and then you will only put a light crust like me. The bread is baked at your place, isn't it?

yes, of course the bread is baked, only the crust is crispy and fried .. thanks, we'll see further ..

Hello everyone!
We sell Moulinex QW110130 in our store. I just can't find information about her (user reviews). I really want to understand whether to buy it or not. This will be my first experience in baking.
Please advise! If you shouldn't buy it, please advise. In general, I really need help.
Thank you!

The bread maker Moulinex QW110130 and Moulinex QW1101 differ, in particular, in that the first one has instructions in Russian, so you can also look at the reviews about the x / stove 1101, I think there are more of them.
Here are reviews about this x / stove:

I bought it all the same! I put it on for the first time. We will taste it in three hours. So far I have chosen the very first simplest recipe.
Lagri
Well, right! Congratulations on a great purchase! 🔗 Let the bread maker serve you for a long time and give you a lot of delicious, baked bread! Love her 🔗 and it will only please you. And the recipe, really, you first need to choose a simple one. There are a lot of proven recipes on the forum, all recipes for bread makers are universal, so if suddenly something does not work out, do not despair and do not blame the oven right away (this is most likely something with the recipe and ingredients), but go straight to the forum. There are a lot of helpful experienced bakers here, they will always help.
IrinaL
Lagri, thanks!
The first recipe for the oven turned out great.
Now I need something sweet. The second day I am looking on the forum for a recipe for sweet pastries with cottage cheese in a bread machine. I don’t understand how to use the search here. If in the search you type "Cottage cheese bread machine", then everything about cottage cheese comes out, because the word bread machine is here on every page in the title. It turned out to be very difficult for me to find a recipe.
I tried in the forum to look for "new recipes" in the topics, but everything is there, not just bread makers. Maybe there is a special section of baking in bread makers, and I just can't find it?
Thank you!
