Ingredients

turkey breast (can be replaced with drumstick) 800 -1000 g
chopped tomatoes in their own juice 150 g
maple syrup or honey 150 g
soy sauce 50 ml
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • The meat is surprisingly juicy thanks to such marinade and glaze. Cooking is very simple - you only need a little time for marinating.
  • Glazed turkey breast Pickled tomatoes, chopped tomatoes, maple syrup, and soy sauce. You can use honey instead of maple syrup.
  • Glazed turkey breast Whisk all the ingredients with a blender: soy sauce, maple syrup and then the tomatoes. To thicken the sauce, you need to warm it up a little, then cool it.
  • Glazed turkey breast Rub the turkey with salt and pepper.
  • Glazed turkey breast We put the meat in the marinade, preferably for 5-6 hours (I managed to marinate for 2.5 hours).
  • Glazed turkey breast Then we take it out of the marinade, put it in a baking dish, make small punctures on the skin and insert rosemary sprigs into them.
  • We put cherry tomatoes, tangerines nearby.
  • Preheat the oven to 210 * C and cook the turkey for 15–20 minutes.
  • Then we lower the temperature to 170 * C and continue to bake for another 40-50 minutes, constantly lubricating with the released juice. Pour the remaining marinade gradually over the turkey.

  • Slice the hot turkey and serve. Even hot, it cuts perfectly.
