Lamb fried with onions

Ingredients

Lamb fillet
bulb onions
Svan salt
vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Cut the onion not into half rings, but into segments, along the half-cut onion. Cut the fillet into round slices, ~ 1.5 cm thick, beat off slightly with a fist. Heat a frying pan with butter, put the lamb, fry until golden brown, add the onion and continue to fry until tender. Salt with Svan salt 3-4 minutes before the end of cooking.
  • The dish acquires a very bright aroma and taste. Delicious.
  • I had a young lamb, so it took literally 15 minutes to cook.

coarse salt - 6 tbsp. l. in the dark and in the cold. In the absence of marigolds
