Ingredients

cranberry 250 g
brown sugar (regular) 100 g
Orange juice 40 ml.
orange peel 1/2 tsp
Topping
oat flakes 30 g
any nuts 30 g
brown sugar (regular) 40 g
vegetable oil (butter) 40 ml.
flour 20 g
salt pinch
cinnamon 1/3 tsp
vanilla optional with cranberries and topping

Cooking method

  • Cranberries with crispy toppingSort the cranberries, wash and dry. Add sugar, orange juice and zest, vanilla to it. Mix.
