Dessert risotto

Ingredients

round grain rice 400 g
green apple (changing canned pineapple and apple juice) 1 PC
mint 4 twigs
Strawberry 200 g
butter 50 g
dry white wine 0.5 st
water 1.5 tbsp
chocolate, pistachios (any other nuts) taste

Cooking method

  • Our mood directly depends on what we eat. I found interesting information about proper nutrition and useful properties of products in the brochure "Proper nutrition in Tibetan medicine" (2008 MEDIA MEDIKA).
  • The best cooling effect, according to the teachings of Tibetan medicine, has fresh and very ripe fruits. That is, they by themselves already give us that coolness, which we so need heat.
  • Based on this, it will not be entirely correct to use them cold - the cooling effect is too great. It is not felt in our usual understanding - but our body receives coolness in sufficient quantity.
  • It would be more correct to subject the fruit to a little heat treatment or to eat them at room temperature.
  • It is worth trying this approach to food and trusting the thousand-year-old Tibetan medicine.
  • I propose risotto for your summer table, in which all the ingredients are balanced: mint has a cooling effect; rice is a neutral product in this sense; apple is a cooling product; pineapple - neutral; nuts, oil - warming.
  • 1. Cut the apple in half and peel, cut into slices. We also cut the mint and strawberries. Dessert risotto
  • 2. Put apples in water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and leave for 10 minutes.
  • 3. In a saucepan, dissolve the oil and heat the mint for 2 minutes, then add the washed rice, pour in the wine and cook until the liquid evaporates. Dessert risotto
  • 4. Add water, apple broth (I have juice and pineapples) and bring to readiness.
  • 5. Put in two-thirds of the strawberries, stir and remove from heat. Let it brew. Dessert risotto

  • Serve the risotto garnished with the remaining strawberries, fresh mint, chocolate and chopped pistachios.
