Baked stuffed peppers

Ingredients

Large Bulgarian pepper 4-5 pcs.
minced meat 300-350 gr.
fresh tomato 120-150 gr.
fresh herbs (onion, dill, parsley) 1 bundle
sour cream (any fat content) 2 tbsp. l.
hard cheese 100-120 gr.
salt, pepper, other spices taste

Cooking method

  • Baked stuffed peppersMy pepper, cut in half, cleaned of seeds (you can leave the tails)
  • Baked stuffed peppersWash the tomato, peel, cut into cubes. My greens, dry and chop
  • Baked stuffed peppersMix minced meat, tomato and greens
  • Baked stuffed peppersAdd sour cream, salt and spices, mix well
  • Baked stuffed peppersIn the form in which we will bake our dish, put the halves of the pepper. Put the filling in each half and send it to the oven preheated to 200C for 30 minutes. If the peppers are very thick walled, it may take longer to bake.
  • Baked stuffed peppersAfter 30 minutes, sprinkle the peppers with grated cheese and send them to bake for another 10 minutes
  • Baked stuffed peppersWe take out our peppers and eat with pleasure. Bon Appetit!
  • We put on for another 10 minutes - we wait for the cheese to melt and form a crust.
