Egg a la Faberge

Ingredients

Avocado 1 PC.
Chicken egg 1 PC.
Bacon 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Egg a la FabergePeel the avocado, cut it in half, gently take out the pulp with a spoon (and eat it right there!)
  • Egg a la FabergePlace a piece of cling film for baking in a cup and sprinkle with vegetable oil.

Unfortunately, there are bitter avocados - I recently threw them away, bought them on the market, twice as expensive as the store ones, and they look very attractive, but bitter.
