Somewhere we already talked about this, and it seems that even Shpilka wrote and explained that it is impossible to equate, for example, an oven and a rice cooker, and the temperatures for baking will be different .. since in a rice cooker (figuratively) a closed and crowded heating system, the shadows are closer to the pan, which means it will warm up faster and faster .. then the steam is not lost as much as in the oven. In general, different things, the approach to temperatures should be different.
