Apple-pear cream soufflé

Ingredients

apples, small pears 1 pc
fat cream 100 ml
milk 100 ml
sugar 3 tbsp. l.
yolks 2 pcs
eggs 1 PC
vanilla sugar 1 pack
chopped pistachios (any nuts can be used) 3 tbsp. l.
protein-apple mixture 100 g
butter 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Delicate aromatic dessert with a crispy crust - almost creme brulee! An easy-to-prepare dessert that can be eaten both warm and chilled, and with a cup of coffee it will be a pleasant pastime.
  • Apple-pear cream soufflé Bring the cream and milk to a boil, add two tablespoons of sugar - remove from heat.
  • Apple-pear cream soufflé Peel apples and pears (or some apples), cut into cubes and simmer in butter, add sugar (1 tablespoon) and vanilla sugar.
  • Apple-pear cream soufflé Beat the egg and yolks until foam appears and beat without stopping, pour in the cooled milk mixture in a thin stream. We continue to beat until a stable foam appears. We spread the fruit on the bottom of the molds.
