Quinoa Bread

Ingredients

quinoa 1 tbsp.
almonds 1/3 Art.
flax seed 1/2 tbsp.
eggs 2 pcs.
water 1 tbsp.
olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
caraway 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
soda 0.5 tsp
honey 0.5 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Quinoa, nuts, flaxseed grind into flour. Add cumin, soda, salt, mix everything.
  • Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix yolks, honey, butter, 1 glass of water.
  • Pour into a dry mixture of flour and nuts, knead well. Beat the protein separately, gently stir into the dough. Put the dough in a slow cooker.
  • Bake for 50 minutes - 1 hour. If desired, turn over during baking. Take out, cover with a towel, let cool.
  • Can be baked in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180C.

Quinoa is a grain crop, an annual plant, a species of the genus Mar (Chenopodium) of the Marevye family grows in the energetically active zone of the Andes at an altitude of 500-4000 meters above sea level, which determines its uniqueness. Quinoa grows in the highlands of Peru and Chile with poor soils and harsh climates. It is believed that the homeland of this plant is the shores of the world's highest navigable lake Titicaca. Quinoa is not only a natural complex of vitamins and minerals, but also an ideal balance of proteins that can fully compensate for the lack of meat in the diet. It is rich in protein and fiber, calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin B, and does not contain gluten.
