Very bright chops are obtained. Hence the name "Festive". I saw this recipe 10 years ago, and maybe more, in a culinary magazine called Pork with Sauce, thanks to the author for the recipe. Over time, I made my own changes, now I'm cooking. Chops to taste - soft, tender, juicy! Cheese should be taken not very salty, preferably creamy varieties. I use Thousand Lakes Creamy or regular Russian. Pickled cucumber can be safely replaced with pickled one, but with salted it is much tastier (for our taste and for all those who have tried this dish). About the tomato. Of course, summer is the best, but in winter you can safely add a greenhouse. Here he will be in place. The dish is self-sufficient, but you can prepare a side dish for it according to your taste. Ideal with baked potatoes, mashed potatoes or just boiled, sprinkled with fresh dill and a piece of butter.
