Mango Kissel

Ingredients

Ripe mango 2 pcs.
Mango juice (with pulp and sugar) 400 ml
Potato starch 3 tbsp. l.
Boiled water (cold) 100 ml
Ice cream taste
Mint

Cooking method

  • Pour the juice into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Peel the mango (set aside a few slices for decoration) and chop with a blender in mashed potatoes. Add to juice and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Dissolve the starch in cold water and add a thin stream, stirring occasionally, to the hot mixture. Cook until thickened for several minutes, turn off the stove. Cool the finished jelly at room temperature and refrigerate.
  • Serve chilled jelly with a scoop of ice cream, garnished with mint and mango wedges.
