Ingredients

Balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp. l.

Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Honey 1/2 tsp
Salt, ground pepper taste
Kiwi sauce for vegetables:
Kiwi 1 PC.
Mayonnaise + sour cream 50 + 50 g
Fresh garlic for smell 1 clove
Horseradish canned. 1-2 tsp
Salt pepper taste
Fresh dill, finely chopped 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • We prepare a dressing from the listed products, mix everything, taste it.
  • Lamb meat, cut into portioned pieces 1.5 cm thick, or take ready-made portioned natural lamb cutlets.
  • Season with salt, sprinkle and beat well (but not to a pancake state). Put the finished steaks in a bowl in layers, pour a little marinade over each layer.
  • Leave the steaks to marinate for 30-60 minutes.

  • While the chops are fried, we cook garnish of steamed frozen vegetables.
  • We take any vegetables from the freezer - green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, peas.
  • We put vegetables in a double boiler, add a little for a good taste.
  • I added some more boiled potatoes to reheat along with the vegetables.

  • When I need to heat one or two servings of vegetables, I use a steamer like this, which fits into any saucepan, and the vegetables cook quickly in it.
  • While the meat was fried for 5-7 minutes, the vegetables also had time to cook.
