I make a sponge roll with a pattern, but nothing works. As a result, the drawing leaves when the roll is rolled :(
Drawing paste on the Internet is the same everywhere: beat 1 protein with 30 grams of sugar, add flour, softened butter, beat, apply the drawing on parchment, send it to the freezer for 30 minutes, and then pour the dough for a roll.
I have an important event ahead of me and there should be a lot of such rolls, but I still don't understand what the mistake is.
