And today the tortilla baked Moroccan pancakes for me. I don't want to take pictures: they are the same as those of girls from YouTube, much nicer than the program from Lazerson - but in my opinion these pancakes are not photogenic in principle: they are baked without a coup. But this is what attracted the recipe (as well as the fact that it contains both yeast and baking powder).

The dish is strange, interesting, a kind of hybrid of pancakes, pancakes, and even donuts after soaking with honey-butter syrup.
