Actually, I have two questions:

What is the best way to store the stems in the refrigerator so that they do not start to rot at the ends for as long as possible, which happens regularly in commercial packaging?

How should roots be properly stored (cut off a piece) so that they do not dry out and mold in the refrigerator?

Do you mean root celery?
I tried a lot of things, the best option (for me) was freezing. Finely cut and put into a tray. Then, when necessary, I sleep as much as necessary.

If celery leaf "to eat", then the most optimal for me:
wash it in the carousel, dry it there
wrap in a paper or rag towel, slightly damp - if dry, you can still slightly moisten with water.
can be put in a vacuum container
