Ingredients

Cakes:
wheat flour / grade 450 g
vegetable oil b / s 100 ml
honey 100 g
sugar 180 g
salt pinch
vanilla taste
soda 1 teaspoon under the knife
water 50 g
Cream:
jam (jam) sweet and sour (I have apricot) 350 g
any nuts (I have without them) 100 g
vegetable oil b / s 150 ml

Cooking method

  • Cakes:
  • Cooking the dough in a water bath.
  • For this we take two saucepans. Pour water into one, and put the second on top. It should not touch the water.
  • We mix sugar, salt, honey and water.
  • Heat until sugar and honey are completely dissolved.
  • Pour in vegetable oil. Stir.
  • Add soda.
  • The mass turns white and foams.
  • Remove from the bath, let stand for a couple of minutes and gradually add flour and put in vanilla.
  • Stir so that the flour is completely mixed.

  • We get it. Cut into pieces (I have 6 cakes).
