Cooking method

  • In hot weather, you want something cool. The green color creates a feeling of coolness, which is why the recipe for this soup was born. By the way, I liked the slightly warm soup even more than the hot one.

  • Pour water into a blender soup cooker, add salt. Install the "Soup" program. After boiling water through the feed hole, add the tagliolini. Cook for 2 minutes. Turn off the soup cooker. Pour water through the drain hole. We spread the pasta on a plate.
  • We disassemble the broccoli into small inflorescences, cut all vegetables and herbs and load them into the bowl of the soup cooker, add green peas, a couple of olives, salt, pepper, butter. Add dry spice "Italian Herbs". Pour water (depending on the desired density).
  • We choose the "Soup-puree" program. Towards the end of the program, add Hochland cheese, Almette cheese.
  • We choose the Blender program.
  • Pour soup into bouillon cups, add tagliolini to cups. It can be served with olives, they will spice up our soup.

Note

Tagliolini is a type of pasta made from egg dough: durum wheat flour, eggs, salt. This type of pasta resembles noodles.
In this case, tagliolini contain spinach, so they are green, like all other ingredients in our soup.
